The upper level living room has good natural light and a nice balcony. The bedrooms and living room are well sized.
No communication from the owner before collecting keys (I had to call to get the code) but crystal clear messaging on when and how to leave the premises to their satisfaction. Two rolls of toilet paper for four people for four days, which just isn't enough. One of the cisterns intermittently failed to stop running. Some lights did not work. The stove didn't work, and Id relied on it to cook a meal for the extended family. The booking.com ad states that it "boasts a spa bath and lake views". You can just see the water in the distance, whereas the main view is over the adjacent caravan park.
