Very cosy, family like stay. The classis Austrian decor.
I would appreciate some fixing in the apartment, like sockets, chairs. And some more information about the rules. Like leaflet upon arrival. Where the rubbish/recycling goes, drying room location.

Communication with hosts was exceptional, they were incredibly helpful and the lady receiving reception desk calls saved us when we had an emergency with one of our cars.

All facilities were working properly, enough hot water for everyone to shower and apartments are nice and traditional. Apartment C is nice and big and can host more people in the living area who can sleep in the other apartments. Friendly host and staff.
Studio A would be really small if rented separately as it does not have a living room. Together with apartment C it was very nice. Location is close to a skilift but uphill so walking from the skilift with skiing gear can be a bit challenging. Luckily depots are available close to the skilift.

The location is perfect. The communication was really fast and helpful. The appartment (D) is really big and clean with a lot of space, nice terrace and beautiful view. Kitchen is well equipped, there was everything we needed. I appreciated communication in Czech.

The apartment is very nice, a lot of space to hang your wet stuff after a day of ski. There are two bathrooms and one additional WC, so it's very comfortable for group of (up to) 6 people.
The kitchen is well equipped so it made our evening cooking much easier.
Also we're Czech and the host is also Czech, so it made the whole communication way easier.
We had some issues with booking (due to some error it was booked for less people), but everything got resolved before we arrived. There were also some issues with wifi, but it was quickly fixed by the host. There's nothing to complain at all.

The photos really under-sell the property! We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with the entrance on the ground floor and sole use of the stairway up to a lovely kitchen and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and separate WC. The location is great and you can ski down / over to the local lift, and i got to hike up at the end of day to pick them up in car, taking me 10-15 minutes to hike in ski boots and poles, with no skis.
The beds are a solid foam mattress and were really too firm for anyone in my family to get a good sleep, I ended up sleep deprived. The bedding was really really old and uncomfortable (not cotton), and my pillow was filled with chunks of foam. These issues could easily be cleared up and make this an outstanding place to stay. Last point there is a lot of sound transmission through the ceiling/floor of apartment above.
