It’s a lovely little apartment. Great location. Really nicely furnished.

Unfortunately we could hear footsteps and dog barks from above through the ceiling. The apartment is below ground in the basement Also the front door has a slight leak on the left hand side which whistled loudly with the wind

Fab location to explore Caernarfon and surrounding places such as Angelsey and Snowdonia! Siân was a wonderful host and the accommodation had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back.

The place where we stayed was excellent so clean an the lady sian was so very friendly an made us so welcome we would definitely go back again

very well presented, awesome location, host left amazing details of the area and kindly left a breakfast pack and a very welcome bottle of bubbly!

We could hear everything that went on upstairs to the point we knew every detail of their arguments and whereabouts, footsteps, the dogs late night/early morning noises and toilet trips. Made it a bit uncomfortable as unable to sleep and not very nice overhearing peoples arguments. Not the hosts fault but perhaps some better soundproofing is needed.

Sian was a excellent host, from the moment I booked she gave us all the information we needed on how to get there and how to receive the key. Once we arrived everything was perfect, a beautiful home nicely decorated with a touch of a Christmas feel and even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco! Such a lovely cosy place was a lovely pre-Christmas get away just wish we could’ve stayed longer theres so much to do and see around Caernarfon! Will definitely be back! X

Me and my partner had a lovely stay, very homely, everything is perfect for a lovely holiday, it's like home away from home. Sian, the owner even left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco. It has plenty of cleaning materials, and toiletries, plus changing towels if you want to. I like it because i do not want leaving a place untidy, wherever i go.

The property was lovely and cosy and Sian has added some nice, homely touches. The bed is very comfortable!

Perfect location for zip world, snowdon, and very close to a few beautiful waterfalls. There are so many local restaurants and supermarkets nearby which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is very cozy, and after spending the day hiking having a washer/dryer and lovely bath to come home to was amazing. Not to mention how comfortable the bed is!

The walls are quite thin so you can hear whoever is above you quite clearly, and we were woken up a few times by footsteps and conversations in the early morning.

Great facilities. Kitchen was equipped with essentials. Very good location about 30min drive to Snowdonia where we went. In a nice town with access to local shops for all you need.

Basement flat so you can hear the footsteps above so can be very noisy. Parking is not in front of the flat so you may need to drop stuff off first and then go find a space.
