the place is quiet , Ms. Irene her hospitality is incomparable. she makes you feel welcome and at home . I wish the staff at The Pegasus was kind and friendly like Ms. Irene. even if I don't get to stayed there again because of my availability, I will have to her a token on my next visit for the Christmas holiday .

The bathroom and plumbing infrastructure needs alot of upgrading, also certain fixtures in the house need to throw out.also those bed frames are extremely noisy

AC was cool, location was quiet and safe, apt was clean and spacious . The owner was readily available if needed.

There were no bedside outlets, there are no television in any of the bed rooms .

The Security of the location was what stood out the most for us and we had absolute peace of mind while staying at the location. It was a true home away from home.

The unit was large ( 3 bedrooms). The unit is L shape with the master bedroom on one side and the 2 other bedrooms on the other side of the unit. Good size to accommodate a family. The rooms are all good sizes. 1. The unit is located in a fourplex on the second floor. 2. The host greeted us quickly and provided a tour of the unit including how to operate the television/cable and AC. With Covid19, I would have preferred that he skipped the tour and the how-tos for the television as the cable did not work most of the time (it was buffering constantly and as the kids say glitchy) 3. Water pressure was excellent 4. The water temperature was excellent - lots of hot water 5. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans 6. Appliances modest 7. Access to 2 balconies - one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. 8. AC in all 3 bedrooms and maintained good cooling temperature. 9. I lost the keys for the unit and the owner responded quickly and opened up the unit.

While the unit is large and has lots of space there are some things that the host has overlooked: 1. Ants, ants, ants, everywhere (we could not leave our meals or any food on the table or kitchen counter); ants in the bedrooms 2. The unit with the exception of the kitchen is dated, especially the bathroom. A little investment in the bathrooms could go a long way 3. The unit is dark. Dark paint on the walls, dark window trimmings (multiple colour window trimmings only add to the darkness of the rooms 4. Master bedroom bed is hard, noisy and uncomfortable. Each time we turned on the bed it was loud and it would interrupt each other while sleeping - LOL. we named it the ALARM BED 5. If you are travelling for work, there is no working space (desk for a laptop or monitor) and limited outlets in each room. 6. There is no AC in the main areas (living room and dining area), so it was uncomfortable to stay in those rooms. 7. The smell of gas in the kitchen was very strong - made us cautious to use the gas stove. 8. The steps leading up to the unit are tiled and they felt slippery as it was raining (safety issue) 9. As I mentioned I lost the keys for the unit and the owner responded quickly and opened up the unit. He did not mention a replacement cost, however when I was checking out the cleaning lady told me I owed $7,000JMD and she had to call the owner before she could let me leave. I left, and while I do not mind paying for replacement keys, however, I felt it was not handled properly.

Well secured, very good location, friendly host. Utensils are very old and most of them were damaged. Aluminium cast utensils are available, which are very much health hazards.
