Location was good, close to the beach and lot of restaurants. Huge "room" but more like an apartment. Nice to be able to boil water for a coffee in the morning. AC worked fine.
A little bit unclean, like sand in the sink and refrigerator. The sheets were clean but had wholes in them.

The room was huge and had plenty of hot water. Even a fridge which is nice. It also was right central to the main restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach
The water can be brown at times, was told it was because of manta and not the apartment building. It's a pretty noisy location so bring earplugs and your fine
