Great charming house close to downtown Frankfort, beach, and everthing. All as advertised. Well stocked and with everything needed. Friendly host and good experience. Will come back again!!

Charming home in a nice and quiet neighborhood, excellent location for walking to everything in downtown Frankfort. Had everything we needed for a winter getaway to get some skiing in.

House fit our needs, 2 retired couples. Not far to center of town. Close to all the outdoor sites in the area.

Very easy and transparent doing business with this rental. Hopeful to experience this again next year. Thank you.

Great old house with character. . Great location. Hosts were very responsive. . Hot water heater stopped working and John was there that evening trying to fix.. Replaced it the next morning. Plan to return next year. Thanks to Kristen and John for opening up there house.

My sister and I enjoyed Lullaby House and the Benzie County area. We found beaches, restaurants, galleries and shopping and were glad to come home to our cozy, air conditioned home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was exactly as described. It is an older home but nicely appointed. Some details on the house and area: Our kids (17,15,12,8) played basketball at the park which is within sight of the home, it also has a pretty good skating park so if they are into that, they will love it, they also met other kids that were traveling in the area. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, with friendly neighbors (one of which, has a beautiful flower garden). We had parking for both vehicles in the back of the house in the alley area, which gives you access to the backyard. The kids had no problem with streaming on the TV's and the WIFI. One thing to note, the coffee maker when we stayed, was a drip coffee maker. So if you are particular, you may want to bring what you use at home. We had all the dishes and pans for cooking, even Tupperware for food storage. The refrigerator was nice and large, with no ice maker, but trays were already filled up when we arrived, a nice little gift from the brewing company was stocked when we arrived :) We walked to the coffee shop for coffee, the downtown is charming and friendly. The host left a nice binder with area maps and guides, we found that very helpful. You may want to take a few minutes to review the area and all the information. The beaches are clean and easy to get to, you can either drive if you have gear or walk and sit on one of the benches/swings along the boardwalk and enjoy the sunrise/sunset. We drove to Sleeping Bear for hiking and had a beautiful drive. The Point Betsie Lighthouse is worth checking out in our opinion, make sure to check out the tour times so you can walk up to the top and enjoy the view. I had great communication with the host and she was very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great week at the Lullaby House. Super cozy beds. Nice cold air conditioning, Lightning last Wi-Fi! Loved having the dishwasher and washing machine. We were able to walk to Main Street in under 10 minutes. Super close to grocery’s and a little park. Kristen, the owner was super quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Spacious property in quiet neighborhood with easy access to the dunes and other recreational attractions.

The house suited our needs perfectly for a weekend golf trip at nearby Arcadia Bluffs. Clean and comfortable as well as being a short walk to downtown Frankfort restaurants made for a very nice stay.

We had a great time staying in Frankfort for Memorial Day weekend. We had a slight hiccup when checking in with a housekeeping issue but the owner went above and beyond to communicate and make it right. Excellent communication. Super friendly owner. The house is located on a quiet street near a park where my son enjoyed making friends and playing basketball. It is located close enough to downtown to walk to the beach and restaurants. The front porch is lovely for morning coffee/tea. It is not the most up to date house but comfy and relaxing when we weren’t at the beach.

Nice little house that's near enough to all the sights and perfect for a quick get-a-way. The king bed upstairs was one of the best we've slept on vacation and the house is simple but has everything you'd need. There's a nice backyard that is great for pets and if it wasn't so icy during our visit, we could have walked to downtown Frankfort. The Stormcloud gift in the fridge was so thoughtful! Thanks for making us feel welcome!

We had a great time in Frankfort. The house was as described and worked very well for our family, 6 adults and a dog. The owner was very responsive to questions, and the Christmas tree was a very nice touch. The location is a short walk from downtown and the beach.

The kitchen is large and includes a large dining table which served as our main gathering place, though the kids loved the living room TV with its streaming channels. It was nice to come "home" to a spacious, warm, personal space after a day of skiing and other outdoor activities - much more pleasant than a family suite at a hotel or resort.

The owner of this property was very responsive and accommodating. The property itself is less than desirable. This is an older property that is in need of major foundation repairs. As a result, the floors are sloped in many directions and they creak with every step. Upstairs bath is cramped with a sink the size of a salad bowl. Disappointed with the condition.

This house was very clean and had everything that you need from a vacation home. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and also very flexible. The best feature was that the home was so close to downtown and the beach-within walking distance. The kids we were with were very excited to have a park (with a skate park) in walking distance as well. Would definitely stay again and am hoping to make a yearly tradition!

Great spot for a small family visiting Frankfort. It was close enough to downtown that we walked or biked for breakfast and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. We hope to return in the future and would definitely stay here again.
