Great location, the property was only a few minutes away from the central station, and had cafes and restaurants very close by. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast had lots to choose from.

No kettle and mini bar. Shower head and bath are very old. The bedside table is broken. Still use key to lock the door, both inside and outside which is not very safe. Got to use 2 different elevator which is very time-wasted.

Une lumière s’est allumée dans notre chambre à 4h du matin sans que l’on sache pourquoi ni comment l’éteindre !!! On a dû faire appel à la réception pour l’éteindre, nous n’avons reçu ni excuse ni explication. De plus une odeur d’égout nauséabonde remontait de la salle de bain et envahissait toute la chambre

В начале апреля при дневной температуре +25 кондиционер не работал, как я поняла во всем отеле. Было душновато днем, даже с открытым окном

The staff was friendly and responsive, the breakfast food was ok (could have used more variety). Bathroom and room were clean, bed and pillows comfortable. As for location, it's easy to get to the hotel from the train/metro station, but the area around the station is not very safe at night.

Rooms definitely need improvement (dirty walls, scratched floors). In the room wifi was running a bit slow, sometimes it would cut out completely.

La ubicación es excelente, a sólo 2 cuadras de la estación Central de Milano y el staff de la mesa de entrada también es fantástico. Nos han tratado muy bien en todo momento.

La cantidad de ruido que se escucha en la habitación es tremenda. Se escuchaban ambas habitaciones que teníamos a los lados y la habitación de arriba también. Además, nuestra habitación tenía una puerta de conexión a otra habitación que simplemente tenía una manija simple, es decir que si ambos abríamos la puerta, nos veíamos con la otra habitación. Además, escuchabamos hasta lo más mínimo, por ejemplo cuando se bañaban, cuando tosían o hablaban. No pudimos descansar bien en todas las noches que estuvimos. También sentíamos ruidos desde el patio donde se encontraba un parking. Se nota que es un hotel que lo han remodelado, pero la isonorización deja mucho que desear, además que mantienen espacios con la antigua construcción, como por ejemplo el baño. Por último, no tienen cartel de "Do not disturb" sino un simple botón para activar cuando estás dentro de la habitación. Tenía calefacción central y pasamos mucho calor, al no poder poner aire acondicionado. Si quieres activar el "do not disturb" para cuando sales, no puedes hacerlo. Por lo cual, entraron a nuestra habitación a limpiar cuando en realidad nosotros no queríamos. Decepcionado por el precio que pagamos, que fue el más caro durante nuestra estadía de 15 días en Italia, para un servicio que no lo vale.
