Everything was fine. The apartman was fully equipped and clean. The location of the apartman is perfect.

Location is great, very near city center. Apartment is spacious, much bigger than we thought it will be. Very modern. Clean. Great bathroom.

Stayed only 1 night so i am not sure about the beach that is next to it.
Sofa-bed is not the best. There were no normal pillows for sofa-bed (only pillows which come on sofa/decorative). Also pillows on bed are not great.

Nice looking, appartement with perfect beach access, owner is perfectly speaking English. Umag center city in 10 minutes walk, and you don’t need to pay for city parking. View to the sea from apparent is perfect.
We would like definitely come back to Lirio one more time in the future!

Close to the sea, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The blooming lavander and other flowers made the place feel even better. Staf was friendly

The location is very nice, very close to a small beach landing. The garden is quite and charming.

The location is great: the beach is really close, the center with shops, restaurants is also a short walk, the supermarket is 2 minutes by care.
The apartman is perfect, comfortable and clean, there are more balkons with seeview. The owner is helpful. There was no problem with check in and check out.

PERFECT location and excellent view of the Adriatic! Very close to the city center & grocery stores.

The shower was hard to regulate..very hot then cold, fluctuated.
AC was only in living room, would be nice to have in master bedroom as well...or have some ceiling fans in the apartment.
No soap in the bathrooms to wash with.
