The close proximity to the sea. Overall cleanliness of the caravan and site.
The bench seating in GB12 was quite uncomfortable, cushioning may require a bit of an upgrade.

New luxury caravan, plenty of space and even a dishwasher, double glazing as well
The main double bed wasnt very strong and the legs collapsed on the first night from one of our party sleeping in it, he is a larger person but it should have still been able to cope.
The caravan was quite a walk from the entrance which was quite a trek after a few drinks
No parking on the grass

It was nice very quiet very clean
Being disabled I cannot walk very far and the caravans that they rent out are write at the back of the caravan park which is a long way to walk as we haven't got got a car So no I will not be going there again as I did mention this to them and they said mention this to them and they said we have no caravans at the front of the park that they rent
