Clean, comfortable, location
When we forgot one of the keys in the door
Had to wait 2 hours to get the key-locker
Although it took him couple of a minute to open it
We have been told it will cost 50 euro then it was doubled to 100 euro when he arrived.
We were tired of waiting with the children
& the cost was exaggerated

Amazing apartment right across from the Mill Colonnade! So much more than we expected. We were on the first floor with the spa just outside our door. Two balconies - one off the bedroom and one off the dining room. Very quiet at night Very comfortable bed. Walkable to everything there is to see in Karlovy Vary. Apartment was decorated beautifully.

The apartment is absolutely amazing. The equipment and furniture are of the highest quality. The location is perfect. I couldn't recommend it enough.
The mattresses are extremely hard unfortunately.

Top location, nice decoration. Clean. Really a nice place.
No possibilities to buy bread or croissants in the whole old town. There is a coffee shop downstairs but they could not sell any bread and do not know what a croissant is…. So you need to go to a hotel for breakfast, not great when you book an appt. One staff member could only speak russian, so not ideal for european travellers, but at arrival we could speak English.

The location, the apartment and the personal touch in dealing with customers. Very memorable stay.
The Bath tub is bit high causing problems for seniors and no other bathing option.

Apartment size is amazing. I could feel at home there forever. It’s right in the heart of the beautiful old town.
Well, the pillows on the bed could be a bit better. This type of apartment should have a bigger selection of pillows (soft, firm, …).

Everything was of great quality. They even offer an electric kettle and toaster, Villeroy and Boch crockery including a teapot. There are TWO superb large flat screen televisions with Netflix, YouTube etc. Wonderful framed photos of the beautiful people from the film world - fitting for the venue of the International Film festival. Lovely location with great view from the cute balconies - including the Collonade.
Probably the best rental we have ever enjoyed. Mostly everything was excellent in terms of quality and style and features. We did find the bed quite hard for our taste and would prefer an overhead shower in bathroom but there is an excellent walk in shower in the sauna. The latter is another excellent feature. Rubin cafe, directly opposite is very good for simple breakfast, snacks and cakes, with charming staff

Beautiful apartment, high quality throughout, fantastic location right in the middle of town, walk to everything. Great spa / sauna area, really enjoyed that after long walks. Everything perfect
