The pictures do not do the property justice it is much bigger than it appears in the photos. The location was excellent. We wanted to arrive slightly earlier and then got lost and the host was happy to wait and was extremely patient. Thank you.

Nice apartman, good location, friendly host.

Sofa was small for 2, but our nice host provided good solution.

The location was perfect and very central. The appartment was very clean and there was tea and coffee sachets supplied as well as towels. It was also lovely to open the veranda to get some fresh air.

The appartment was for 4 adults but the sofa bed was not really big enough for 2 people to sleep on, so one had to sleep on the floor.

There are a few pubs nearby. The market is nearby too. The kitchen is fully equipped The property is perfectly clean.

Lovely host, excellent location and extremely clean apartment. Good value for money just a 10 minute stroll to the shops and centre. The apartment was close to some pubs and local amenities which was great. Nice apartment with kitchen equipment, living room, comfy bed and very secure. Thank you for a lovely stay we will return!

Second time we stay in the flat very nice and now with a new Sofa

Very welcoming, clean and tidy

Met us at the time we wanted. Clean and spacious. Excellent location. Kitchen well equipped except for odd lack of plates and bowls.

It was described to sleep 4. There were 3 of us . One had the sofa bed but it would not have slept 1 more. bed it was also quite uncomfortable

Sofas were uncomfortable to sit on, terrible for sleeping on. should not be advertised as sleeping 4 adults as not suitable or comfortable.

The apartment was very clean, and the lady who handed the key to us was very nice.

The curtain in the bed room was very thin and so let a lot of light in the room. The shower was also very weak.

well, like usual places, check in was 3pm onwards. HOWEVER, the person did not say you HAVE to be outside waiting at 3pm to pick up the key. we arrive early, but couldn't get the key so went for some lunch but ended up getting a phone call saying "hello where are you" .. I clarified that the booking info does not say YOU HAVE TO BE OUTSODE AT 3pm to get the key. there should be a key lock to access the key with a code to stop this on the future. we then had to rush our lunch and rush to find the place

I initially communicated to the host through Booking that I will be arriving at 10-11PM, but I arrived earlier and called the host. She didn't answer for a good half hour, but when she did she said she will do her best to come earlier and hand over the keys. Well heated apartment. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Large living room, good Wi-Fi. The decor was really nice. Overall a very good experience, not far from centre.

The large windows in the living room are not isolating well against the outside cold and noise. The apartment was still comfortable and heated though.

The place was clean, presentable and has a comfortable bed. It’s in a fairly central location so you’re a 10 minute walk to the centre but have great shops and restaurants nearby at the Grafton or on nearby roads. No noise whatsoever from the neighbours, so definitely a calm safe haven.

The sofas were particularly uncomfortable, so we didn’t make any use of the living room and there was some initial confusion on how we access the property. What was written on the booking app was different to how we ended up getting the keys - no major issue, it would just be helpful to have the correct information presented to you after you’ve secured your booking.

The host was very polite and called me back to confirm. the accommodation was excellent value for money. there were lots of extra's like free coffee and tea. and lovely towels in the room. just perfect. there will certainly stay again.

nothing really. the room was clean. it was very quiet and easy to find. in the perfect position for us to town. dark bedroom which was great as it was so much cooler. really lovely stay would recommend

Location was convenient to where I was staying

I didn’t realise I had to give an exact arrival time or they would cancel my booking. I was under the impression that I would access via a lock box and the check in was stated as 3pm-midnight. I had hoped to arrive about 3:30pm but was caught up at work and had 4:30pm received a message saying they were marking me as a no show as they had to get back to work and couldn’t wait for me any longer. Caused quite a bit of stress as I would have nowhere to sleep that night so had to practically run from where I was working in cambridge over to the property. They Should have gotten in touch with me sooner saying that an exact arrival time was needed due to them living so far (50 miles) from the property.
