Location is great, very comfortable holiday for all.
NBN was terrible could not watch streaming on TV. Could not have more that one device connected to the NBN at thje same time.
Upstairs stacker doors need fly screens, birds flew in and then we had to get them out of the property. Plus for mozzies and flies you cannot have the doors open which is a shame.

Location and views
Having gas for the bbq and not being expected to drive to real estate to pick up a voucher for gas bottle refill and then expected to drive to industrial estate to get it refilled, there for a holiday, not to waste half a day on such things.

Magic location, beautiful setting and lovely, well equipped townhouse in small private block. Spacious and with all the facillities u need for a short break. Short stroll or cycle to the Tea Gardens shops. The abundant wildlife across the water and nearby made it special.

Location was great. Great back deck.
There were a few little problems. No tea towels, no working lamps in living area , not enough pillowcases for pillows ,no tea pot , minimal dishwash pods , not enough spare garbage bags. Bed Sheet was torn pretty badly.
