1. It was clean.
2. There is a huge mirror in the room.
1. Poor lighting in the room and poorly placed lighting in the toilet / bathroom. The sink area is not lighted up.
2. Poor soundproofing. Can hear loud doors slamming every now and then and also people talking outside in the hall.
3. Difficult to lock the room with door. Old-fashioned key and door knob lock head is used for the room door which doesn't seem secure and everytime locking and unlocking the door is a remnant struggle too.
4. No one present at the reception office counter to greet our arrival and make check-in smooth. *note : we arrived within the check-in time.
5. Receptionist is rude, very unfriendly and brusque.
6. No hairdryer available in the room and no receptionist available in the office to borrow a hairdryer!
7. No kettle in room and no instructions given on where to find hot and cold water in the premises.
8. TV in the room is spoiled. Looks like the wire was burnt out previously but it was not replaced before our stay. As a result, we could not watch any TV.

2.Making deposit RM 50 then not refund because my kid milk pour at their bed and your money not be refund.

the owner is really friendly, flexible and and accommodating to my last-min request, i will definitely re-visit this place, highly recommended
It would be perfect if there is a writing table and chair inside the room as sometime we need to use it for laptop.
