Lage und Aussicht vom Balkan auf das Meer wunderbar. Zimmer war sauber. Restaurant in direkter Nähe.

Ankunft keine Schlüsselübergabe, mußten mehrmals läuten, Übergabe unfreundlich vom Sohn der Eigentümerin. Balkontüre defekt läßst sich nicht schließen bei Außentempertatur von 38 Grad etwas unangenehm bei ständig laufender Klimaanlage. Reklamation war nicht möglich, Eigentümerin deswegen sehr unfreundlich bis unverschämt. Wurde auf Agentur abgewälzt, Anruf zur Agentur keine Reaktion. Wir mußten dann bei Booking.com direkt reklamieren, erst dann wurde die defekte Türe instandgesetzt. Kühlschrank keine Kühlung, wurde auch nicht repariert wir mussten das Eisfach offen halten zwecks Kühlung im Kühlschrank. Rolle am großen Fenster defekt gebrochen. Weiterhin reklamierten wir den verdreckten Pool, verschmutze Sonnenliegen braune dunkle Flecken ekelhaft, keine Sonnenschirme am Pool. Wir nutzten den Pool nicht. Am Haus alles etwas unsauber Hundscheiße am gesamten Parkplatz verstreut, Hund vom Eigentümer. Wir haben nichts gegen Hunde, hatten unseren eigen Hund dabei. Die Eigentümerin wohnt im UG und will mit dem Mietobjekt nichts zu haben. Wir werden dieses Objekt in Zukunft meiden.

Too dirty on the balcony due to bird's nest. In Stella appartment there is no wi-fi available, only at another one (Marela).

The appartment was in super clean condition, everything that was supposed to be there was there (all the appliances, cleaning tools and even a bottle of wine and juice and a chocolate in the fridge). We have apsolutly nothing to complain about!! The location is great if you have a car( to go to the center of Šibenik, which is 5-6 km away), the beach is 150 meters away, there is a restaurant/pizzeria around the corner, and Solaris resort is also within a 10 min walk... Location is quiet in the morning, no heavy traffic...ideal for morning run with our dog :-))

We liked everything. if we have to pick up something, there was one string of window shader that was broken, and that's it. Everything else was functioning normally.

Up to date or new appartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Nice pool and close to the beach. Both the livingroom / kitchen and the bedroom have airco and balcony.

Small steep driveway, two floors up. There was hardly any contact with the owner, she just handed the keys.
