Bien que nous ne recommandons pas de réserver à moins que le groupe soit OK avec des escaliers, l'unité vaut la montée! Il comprend une cuisine mise à jour, de hauts plafonds avec des puits de lumière et une tourelle fidèle à la période, tous meublés avec un décor contemporain et des illustrations uniques personnalisées. Les chambres comprennent également une salle de bains complète, un salon, un coin repas, une grande chambre avec 3 lits (1 lit Queen, 2 lits jumeaux) et 2 "coins couchés" plus petits (1 lit de repos double, 2 lits jumeaux). Un canapé, un futon et un matelas pneumatique Queen fournissent des lits supplémentaires dans les parties communes.

Some knuckleheads that I went to school with and I wanted to reconnect -in person- and given where we live across the midwest, Cincy seemed the logical choice.
We had tickets to a baseball game and a list of restaurants that we wanted to hit, but we needed a place to stay....VRBO and Preston to the rescue!!
Preston's place was the ideal location for everything that we wanted to take in over our weekend.
After being there for about 20 minutes, it made you feel like you were staying with an old friend (perhaps an old college knucklehead that you know!!) rather than at VRBO or a bed-n-breakfast.
The property itself has a unique charm to it and all of us agreed this was one of our best reunions ever & having our base of operations at Preston's was KEY!!

We loved our stay at this historic house. After seeing all the old architecture around Cincinnati, it was so cool to be able to stay in a historic home. There are LOTS of stairs to get to the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The house had everything we needed and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we needed anything. Because it’s a old home, there are a few quirky things about the house, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We loved the historic feel of this 3 story walk up! It was located close to the ballpark and National Freedom center and worked great for our other excursions as well! They provided everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House for Girl’s Trip
We took a 2-night girl’s trip in the middle of the week and fell in love with this property. It is so beautiful from the outside and is just as gorgeous and spacious on the inside. It’s beautifully decorated with art from the owner with plenty of natural light from sky lights and has plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out, with additional air mattresses we didn’t even use. It was a very quiet area and home (even though it is shared with other occupants in other floors of the home). We felt completely safe and secure.
We had everything we needed and would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at East Walnut Hills! Our family of 5 fit nicely and the home was super cute! They had everything we needed and even little extras for our stay. Perfect place to stay if your visiting the ark encounter or creation museum! And really close to the Ball park to catch a game too!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is in a very nice neighborhood, convenient to all things you might want to do in Cincy. The space is very nice, essentially what you'd expect from the pictures in the listing.

Functional & Beautiful
The property could not have been more beautiful from the inside out. From the fresh flowers to the natural beauty of this rustic condo, we were thankful for a place that felt like a home away from home. The property manager was responsive when we needed anything. We will definitely consider staying at this place again in the future!

Charming, comfortable
This was a lovely property to call home at night while in Cincinnati. We spent most of our time catching up in the living room chat-zone and around the dining table. The only problem was that I couldn’t wake my sister up because she was too comfy in the little hideaway (green) bedroom! We appreciated the copious amounts of extra towels.

The place was a great find in the city. It is located near freeway and can get around easily. The place was nice and large for a large family of 7. There's plenty of parking on the street. The only thing of concern is that this place may not be suitable for older folks who have trouble climbing stairs. We do not have older folks with us, so it was not a problem, but for families with older parents or grand parents, this may be an issue. The owner communicated with us well and we had no issues at all. Greatly recommended.

The cleaning staff was just finishing up as we arrived (we were early), but they were so friendly and helpful. Unit looked as pictured and was a great setup for our family. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient, but we ventured out to some other locations we would like to stay if we come back to Cincinnati.
Communication with Preston was great. I found one broken item upon our arrival and he responded immediately.
Overall a great stay and I would recommend to friends and family.

What a great place to stay! Spent the week at this location with the family on a trip from Chicago and could not have had a better vacation. The place is so inviting and easy to access the surrounding places! Went to the zoo, mini golf, and water park all with in 20 mins from this location! Can’t wait to visit again.

Charming Victorian apartment!
Wonderful accommodations, close to downtown Cincinnati. Great for weekend or longer stay. So much to see and do! Apartment very spacious and clean, highly recommend!!!

My son and I really enjoyed this space! When a teenager likes something you know it’s a big win - big tv, WiFi, his own cool room and easy to meet up with local friends at restaurants nearby. The vibe of this place - clean, trendy, spacious and bright - was exactly what I wanted and needed.

Adorable loft
I would stay here anytime. We loved the beautiful artwork by a local artist. Our stay was wonderful, our host was responsive and we had everything we needed. The pictures are accurate. This updated 3rd floor of an older Victorian home was gorgeous.

Unique and comfortable property
We enjoyed a three night stay at this property. The unit is unique and decorated beautifully with original artwork. Lots of sleeping options and all beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook some meals. Many nice touches like phone charging cords, extension cords, extra bedding, laundry, etc.
We recommend this property and hope to return!

Precious 3rd floor apartment
Close driving distance to almost anywhere you want to go in the city. We have been renting VRBOs for years and years, and my husband said this is his all-time favorite.

East Walnut Hills August 2019
This property is lovely, open, and spacious for our group of seven. Everything was very clean. We cooked all our meals there and it was easy to prepare food and serve buffet style in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. The water was hot and there were plenty of towels. The air conditioning was cold (important in August). We did use the supplemental window air conditioners at night in the living room as the daybed nook and room with two twin beds are more difficult to get air in to. That was very comfortable for sleeping. Preston was a very gracious host. He even got out his dog for us twice as my son asked if he could play with her. The comfort and loveliness of the apartment made the three flights of stairs not a big deal at all.

This was a very nice apartment. Very clean, updated and fresh looking. Perfect amount of space for all of us. They had all the necessities too! I would recommend or stay here again.
