Great apartment with all amenities you can think of.

It is a bit pricey for an apartment in Como with no hotel services.

There are no manuals to operate the machinery for example we couldn’t work the dryer at all. Check out time is 10 am which is way too early and they were not flexible to extend it a bit with no place to store luggage except in their office which is 15-20 min walking from the apt and the station.

The location is great.

We had problems with WiFi not working upon arrival and one bedroom was not ready. The sheets were delivered and we had to make it ourselves.

Position plus. So roomy so comfortable for a family. Loved it.

Location is great, in the heart of Como, short walking distance to anything, yet quiet and off main shopping streets. Air conditioners everywhere, cooking utensils, great (hard) beds, plenty of towels, easy checkout. Very clean, modern and neat.

Make an appointment for check-in! And read the check-in instructions carefully - key pick uo at diff location. Almost impossible to get to hotel by car without braking few rules. So be ready to either park in the vicinity and carry your bags or break traffic rules. Also, no free parking within 15 min walk. Almost all parking spots in the city are taken also. So either park in the underground parking lot near 24/7 Carrefour or be ready to park near Via Mentana (17-20 min walk to apt). Wifi was not working, few other minor things, but I assume it'll be fixed shortly.

Host is really friendly. He provide all instructions which we need, like where to park a car where we can find nice food with local cuisine. Location in the middle of the city with a lot off restarauns and coffee please. Super close to the lake.

Water drain in the shower was not clean, so you need to wait until water is gone.

No internet at all and we should be compensated either by the owner or Booking.com as I’m a frequent traveler and you have my records
