If i was to be picky a second toilet would be advantageous for larger groups.

The apartment is very basic, one toilet and one seperate shower that you have to back into to close the door. The beds were really uncomfortable and my partner is tall and kept banging his head on low ceilings. It feels old and damp.

Very Central Location in Youghal, the Townhouse was very clean and well equipped

Good central location. Easy free parking right outside property.

Very basic, no thought to amenities or what is expected as general requirements. Considering there were 7 beds in four rooms, basics such as kitchenware were only enough for three or four people. Some of those which were provided were chipped glassware and stained cups. No hooks for clothes and not all bedrooms had clothes storage although their was space for drawers, cupboards etc to be provided. A deep clean was needed and a freshen up. Bedding and towels were clean but the beds and mattresses were old. Generally many things in the property could do with replacing and modernising.

Once you are aware at the time of booking that there is only 1 bathroom and a separate small shower room on another floor, you will have no problems staying here.
