the location was secluded and quiet. the seperate rooms were great with our child. the kitchen and lounge were beautiful!

The property had a great choice for breakfast.
The hosts went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.I have never been to a property before which was as clean as this,absolutely great.The fresh corn bread and jam was delicious.

stunning location. stayed here as was close to our venue for our wedding. host left the most beautiful hamper for us, and was so helpful and lovely. beautiful location and cottage making some stunning pre-wedding photos. very comfortable with all the creature comforts.

Location was awesome, close to many wineries
Arrived to the sound of gunshots, was very concerned. It was established much later that this was due to scaring birds away from almond crops. It stated at 0730 and finished at 1900. My husband is a gulf war vet and found it very disturbing. If this was conveyed before hand we would not have booked there.

In saying that, the unit was lovely. Large, clean, nice extras eg bottle of milk, jams, loaf of bread, coffee pods, cereals to choose from. Dvd player and a few DVDs supplied. Nice shower, and pressure was awesome. Wonderful front and back deck to sit at depending on where the sun is.
Price was a bit much per night @330.

We loved everything; location, comfort, facilities and wonderful host's (including Bailey the dog).
The stay at the farm was the perfect location for relaxing and enjoying the nearby towns of Beechworth, Myrtleford, Milawa, and Bright. Joe and Caterina were wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed hearing all about the history of the farm.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The property exceeded all of our expectations and we had a lovely relaxing stay. The house was so well equipped and we loved the surprise breakfast items. Hosts were super friendly and we would love to come back and stay again in the future. Thanks for having us!

The house was superb with food amenities such as milk, bread, butter, jam and cereals supplied.
The house was freezing at night and the heaters in the bathrooms on timers so went off around midnight making the house even colder. Only air conditioner heater in the sitting room which required to stay on all night to keep the house warm. Waking up freezing at 3am each night was not enjoyable. Beds should have electric blankets to keep the kids warm at night however they come with risks too.

This cottage is beautifully decorated throughout with a very well stocked kitchen. There are so many thoughtful extras to make it feel 5 Star. Absolutely everything about this cottage has been well thought through. It’s in a great location if you want to escape the city and explore this whole region or stay in, relax and enjoy all that is offered in the cottage and around the property.

The Walnut Tree cabins are well located within an easy drive to Milawa, Beechworth, Wangaratta and the King Valley. The Blue cabin is beautifully decorated with comfortable couches and beds. The bathroom heater and electric blanket were much appreciated during our winter stay. Lovely to have fresh bread, milk, local jam and butter, as well as kitchen staples including pod coffee and a range of tea bags supplied (and marshmallows for use had we ventured to light the outdoor fire pit). Easy communication and a welcome from Bailey the owners dog who accompanied us on our walk to the river on the property.

Warm and cosy accommodation and the owners had ensured the heaters were on for our late arrival. A lovely breakfast pack was also in the fridge for us.
We thought it a little strange that we were required to remove the sheets from our beds before leaving. We have never been asked to do this before.

Fantastic location - enjoyed the quiet of the rural setting. Our hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble including providing firewood nightly for the amazing fire pit - fresh chestnuts and walnuts were a bonus.

The farm was pretty
We booked and paid for the outstanding accommodation rated 9.4 by booking.com and was relegated to a far lesser standard of accommodation in a neighbouring cottage that can only be described as 'clean and comfortable'. In fact, it was less than average, and I was bitterly disappointed, feel ripped off by the owner who appears to have deceived us and I can only warn others that this is a possibility, particularly on busy public holiday weekends such as Easter - when the owner is clearly trying to maximise their income (at our expense).
