Piscine en travaux et non prévenu. Chambre non insonorisée et donnant sur gare routière (bruits klaxon des cars non stop) Lit longueur 180cm (petit) Pas de cintres pour accrocher ses vêtements. Absence de wifi dans la chambre et dans le patio. Chambre vétuste Incompréhension de la formule "petit déjeuner compris"

Nothing was alright at this hotel, The have Unprofessional staff. Property is damaged. Food is like normal street food which contains bad oil. No doormat near bathroom, electric switches were not working for charging mobiles. Fittings is bathroom were damaged. Bedsheets were ugly. Hotel is good but not maintained. It’s not worth the price i have paid for our stay. Not recommended at all. I would have changed my hotel at last moment if travelling alone. Had to stayed there only because i was travelling with family and baby. Waste of money.

Room and washrooms were huge.

Room had lots of signs of ageing and not being rightly maintained. It looked like just band aid fix applied for deep issues. Like sliding french glass window : frame had come out. Sofa had absolutely no cushion on the seat. Common Area sofa was completely torn. In washroom, geyser wasn't working at first. Then after their fix geyser worked but there was a problem with pipeline so effectiveness hot water wasn't coming in the tap.

location & Staff.

Its old property, poorly maintained. Unsafe - Open Electric wiring at ground level, Extra beds are pathetic & unsafe (old metal bed fitted with bare edge plywood). Flooring is worst, bathroom fittings are poorly maintained.

The room was dirty and not good. Washroom was smelly and very badly built.

Spacious room

The shower did not work, you have to shower using a bucket. The whole property is needs maintenance and love in every corner, everything looking old, toilet in very poor condition, furniture broken, dark room, everything can be heard through badly maintained and very old doors, staff not very helpful…

The food was of a good quality. The staff made every effort to accommodate my needs and wishes, from booking trips to the game reserve to arranging taxis for trips out to the forts and around town,even the pool attendant/gardener made sure I had everything I wanted. my room was large it had a bathroom dressing room and a bedroom come sitting room. The outside of the property was presented well.

The property is old and the inside looks a little dated. This explains why there was only two power sockets both included in light switches halfway up the wall resulting in my having to balance things on the back of the sofa to charge them, and a third socket lower down did not work . with the size of the room it was a shame there was no fridge. Also in my room I couldn't get a WiFi signal and I had to go out and sit on the communal balcony or front garden to get a signal. The hotel doesn't expect card payments. Despite all my criticism they are small and not insurmountable, and would not put me off staying here again.
