We loved this place! Location. Was great! It is at the top of a hill and three stories up so you get your exercise! It’s worth getting a car to sight see around. Great nearby restaurants, market and two accessible beaches. Close to the marina so definitely book your Panache catamaran sunset sail!

The gated community is close to restaurants, two beaches, small grocery store, and the new marina. It was easy to get around and we had everything we needed.The bonus of the stay was the massages we scheduled to take place right on our own covered porch - amazing and well worth it!We love Costa Rica and plan to return again!

The property is located on the top floor with no other building to the east of it so the views are spectacular. They are building a marina near it but we didn’t find that it created any excess noise. The balcony is a great place to relax and listen to the waves. There was a couple pool noodles, lawn chair, beach ball and beach umbrella for us to use. The condo was also equipped with a slow cooker and rice cooker for easy meals. The place is very clean and nice but could use a few upgrades (washer & dryer, BBQ). The pool is heated but is not lite up at night. The beach just down from the property is beautiful, if you have mobility issues it will be hard to get to (steep steps). We hung out there 3 times and never had more than 2 people on the beach with us. It’s like having your own private beach and the waves are safe for kids. If you are looking for a place to eat Amigos has great tacos (Tuesday is buy 2 get thr 3rd free) and it is a 5 min walk.

Great location. Nice private beach and close to everything.

This place was perfect for two couples. The balcony view was amazing from this corner, top floor unit, with comfortable furniture and a gas grill. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Gated community with easy parking. Private beach was good for swimming and the pool was nice too. So many other beautiful beaches close by too (our favorite was Conchal). Good restaurants (Casa Chameleon is a must do) nearby. We really enjoyed the sunset sail/snorkel trip with Panache, and I would also recommend Palo Verde Boat Tours for wildlife viewing, lunch, and a cool pottery demonstration. TV included a decent number (~10) of English language channels. We would definitely stay here again. Go!

My family (9,11,12 year old girls) spent 4 nights here and loved it. The condo is very clean and very comfortable. Couldn’t keep my kids out of the pool, which they almost always had to themselves, and off the beach. Great location as we were a 2 min walk to a private beach that had small safe waves for kids to play in, and very sandy. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and groceries are close by. We spent all our time on the deck when we weren't out playing- it’s so private and absolutely beautiful. People in the building were very friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed it. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Renee :)

The reviews of the views are spot on! My family throughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and tranquil. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outdoor grill was a nice touch, we got plenty of use. Outdoor furniture very comfortable to enjoy the breeze and scenery. We would love to go back. A dishwasher would have been convenient appliance as we ate in a lot.

Great place- the views are incredible and the unit is kept up well. The location is perfect and they keep the grounds and pool well maintained. Surf Box for breakfast and Ander’s For dinner locally. Great place and great stay. My only suggestion is to get new towels and shower heads- they need to be replaced. Everything else was fantastic and again- the views are really incredible and you won’t find another place with a view like this!

I have to give Renee Blount a High 5 for taking care of me and my family throughout the whole process. We stayed in this condo for 7 days. The location is quite(Not touristy) and the views from 505 are breathtaking. You are about 2-3 minutes walking distance down to the beach and 1 minute to the community pool as well. There is a small corner store, restaurant and a few bars you can walk to. It has all the necessary items. You can cook and grill just like at home with a fully stocked kitchen and full size stove/fridge/dining table. The living room is very cozy with a variety of English/Spanish channels. Washer and Dryer helped a lot. And the A/C was perfect to keep you nice and cool during your stay. I felt safe in the gated area and the condo with very clean and organized. I will definitely use them again.

Enjoyed our stay in Playa Flamingo - always hot and sunny! Beautiful view of Potrero Bay and the Flamingo Marina from the balcony. Comfortable and spacious condo for 4 people. Super Mercado in Flamingo (25 minute walk) or Potrero (40 minute walk). Pescadoria for fresh fish in Brasalito. Recommend a golf cart rental for commuting (rentagolfcart.com). Restaurants in the area - Angelica's, La Cuchara Verde, Marie's and Coco Loco on Playa Flamingo Beach. The pools are refreshing, as well as the Green Monster cocktails at the Monkey Bar swim-up bar! The only downside to this condo is the fact that it's located on the 5th floor, with no elevator. From the private beach to the condo - 153 steps to climb!

This condo was the PERFECT place to stay! The top floor view of the bay and surrounding beaches is breathtaking. In fact, my family agreed that the balcony was the best room in the condo! Many relaxing hours were spent right there with a cup or coffee or a cocktail. The furnishings were very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped as well. The location is ideal. Beautiful view of the sunsets was minutes up the hill from the condo. Minutes down the hill is a well stocked grocery, as well as Maries's restaurant (which my family gave rave reviews!) We went for an afternoon on the Lazy Lizard, fished on the Gamefisher II, played at Cortez Falls, and discovered SO MANY amazing beaches. We rented a golf cart from our friends Jennifer and Chip Little at rentagolfcartcostarica.com and it was the perfect way to get around the entire area, and it made our trips up the hill effortless! Housekeeping came in the middle of the week and did a very thorough job in cleaning the condo. Renee was extremely helpful in making our arrival smooth and simple in arranging airport pickup for us. The entire trip was undoubtedly our best family vacation ever! I highly recommend this unit, and if we are lucky enough to return, I will want to stay right here again!

Extremely comfortable and clean condo in the heart of Flamingo. We were up early each morning to enjoy watching the sunrise from the deck. Much of the condo has been renovated. Laundry and beach chairs were great to have. We walked down the stairs to the (essentially) private beach. It's quite a hike down and up (for those that have mobility issues it would be a problem). Playa Flamingo is just a 3 min drive down the hill. Shopping and restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive. Renee and Marcos were wonderful to deal with! Thank you!

We stayed here for half of our trip to Costa Rica. View from master and balcony is amazing, pics don't do it justice. We even cooked breakfast and ate outside every morning. Can't say enough good about the room. We slept with the windows open every night, it was wonderful. The town is nice and clean, there is a beautiful beach right up the road and a few places to eat. If you are looking for nightlife this isn't your place, it's very quiet and relaxing.

We loved this condo. It was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture was really comfortable and the outside deck was fabulous. Loved the view from the master bedroom, a beautiful view to wake up to. Just down the hill from the condo was a small convenient store that had most everything we needed and next to the convenient store was the best little cafe that had smoothies and gluten free options that were amazing! Overall the condo was perfect and Renee was super helpful!!! This was our first time to Costa Rica and I wouldn't go back at this particular time. We traveled in April and it was the end of the dry season and really hot. Everyday was 100 degrees and instead of lush green it was really brown. I loved all the local beaches and it really was beautiful yet if I could do it again, I would choose a different month. Our favorite beach was Flamingo beach - just minutes from the condo. You can rent chairs and umbrellas for the day. We packed a small cooler (that was in the condo) and brought beer, soda and snacks to the beach. On Flamingo beach, Coco Loco was a fabulous place to eat dinner and watch the sunset. Another gem was The Club at Mar Vista. A great infinity pool with an amazing view of the ocean. The food and the passion fruit mojito were outstanding. This was just a short 10 minute drive from the condo.

We recently spent the month of February in this perfect home-away-from-home with amazing views. We enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the private balcony watching the fishing and dive boats sail by. The furnishings were upscale and comfortable. We practically had the lap pool to ourselves, but when we wanted more activity, it was fun to go to the Monkey Bar and adjoining pool. Although there are several restaurants in walking distance, we enjoyed the flexibility of renting a car, especially to pick up grocery and bakery items. We were pleased to be able to get fresh fish from the fish truck that made deliveries to the resort twice a week, to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen. Favorite restaurants were Coco Loco and Angelina's. Many thanks to Renee for her quick responses during the planning process and throughout our stay. Transportation and tour guiding was provided by Brian, who also was a joy. We had such a delightful vacation, that we've already booked for next year!

This is one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed in. We have rented many houses/condo all over the world and find that the furniture is less then comfortable. This condo had the most comfortable places to sit inside and out. The kitchen was great to cook in plus a grill right on the deck. The views are incredible from every room in the house. Love a shower with a great view and this one certainly had one. We were here during playoff football and the TV was great to watch the games plus have a view of the ocean. Not many places you can do that nor that the TV works. Playa Flamingo is no doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in all Costa Rica according to my husband. We have seen many and this one certainly is not only beautiful but you can swim there. The condo is just a short walk from it. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. Marie’s on Thursday night is the place to be for some great Latin music. Were excellent musicians. Renee and sea view rentals were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this Unit.

We were very pleased with just about everything in this stylishly decorated modern apartment. There is a large deck with a lot of privacy--you feel like you have the top floor to yourself. You can eat on the deck, use the hammock, or just enjoy the great view. The interior is very nice, and you can walk to Flamingo Beach.

We spent 4 great nights at this unit which had great views to wake up to each morning. Flamingo Beach was an idyllic setting and the sunsets were great to enjoy with a drink in hand. Restaurants were very good and it was an easy drive to Tamarindo and the Liberia airport on the day of departure. Checking in and out was easy and the property manager was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a wonderful week at Flamingo Marina Resort. This condo is considered the best condo in the Resort. It felt like we were in a different world. The condominium was truly remarkable. Apparently it was remodeled and completely refurnished recently. It has all the creature comforts needed and luxurious but also very comfortable furnishing through out. The beds are excellent the baths are both furnished with granite table tops and both have views of the Pacific. The kitchen is spacious,with special granite everywhere and fully equipped. There are four air conditioners.Two in the bedrooms one in the large hall and one for the living room,dining room and kitchen.There are also six ceiling fans and excellent cross ventilation. We enjoyed shutting off the air, opening the screened windows and doors and getting the breezes and sounds of the waves. The condo and its surrounding area are gated, guarded and patrolled. This gave us a very secure feeling. There are two separate and distinct balconies. The one in the front has a nice sitting area and views one of the pools. The balcony in the back is spectacular. It has a wide wonderful view of the bay the ocean and the marina area. There is really nice relaxing furniture on this balcony including custom made padded Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs and a beautiful granite top table which is perfect for outdoor breakfast,lunch or dinner. The position of the deck allows for sunny mornings and shaded breezy afternoons. The beach is considered by many Costa Ricans to be the most beautiful white sand beach in Costa Rica.There is many little restaurants and bakeries in the area and there are activities centers nearby that can sign you up for adventures all over the country. We will return to Costa Rica again hopefully for a longer stay and we will definitely rent this condo well in advance.
