Condo totalement rénové, très confortable, 4 couchages, place de parking réservée, à quelques pas de l'océan. Buanderie sur place. Près de tout, partez pêcher au large à Port Canaveral, à quelques minutes à peine, ou dînez et dégustez un verre de fruits de mer et regardez les bateaux de croisière partir. Parcs Disney et parcs à moins d'une heure, centre spatial Kennedy à seulement 20 minutes, assistez au lancement d'une fusée à partir de la plage.

Condo is exactly how it is described. It is located only one block from the ocean. So close (less than a 2 minute walk) to a gorgeous beach (and not crowded at all) Location is very clean, and safe. Located on 2nd floor at the end so it was very quiet and private; neighbors are friendly. Washer/Dryer are located on property (bring quarters). Closet condo had chairs, boogie board, cooler, drying rack- many extras & plenty of storage for our clothes.
Communication with Host was impeccable. Thank you Becky for answering our questions so quickly. We hope to see you again.

Our time in this condo was comfortable and enjoyable. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and other attractions. The condo was well-stocked with kitchen and bath items. It is tastefully decorated in the beach style. This was our second stay and if the opportunity presents we will stay here again.

The place is as described. It’s a perfect place for a couple to stay . My wife and I where able to walk to the beach and that was nice it’s a very short walk . The condo is very well maintained and stocked , very clean and the bed is comfortable which is a big plus !! Restaurants are just a short drive and many food options! I highly recommend this condo !

Let me first say the bed was great! Definitely not your average hotel mattress. Everything was very clean and orderly. We were out over 12 hours each day and to come back to a comfortable cozy place was perfect. Easy access. Perfect for couples on the go! I will definitely recommend and i look forward to staying here again!

We’ve rented the Pearl before and find it more than adequate. Bed ver comfortable and fellow tenants are quiet. Could use some storage containers for leftovers.

Half way between the port and the pier, this condo is near everything we wanted. Ocean access was a half block away. We walked to the beach to watch 2 rocket launches during our week there. Very nice stay.

This place was very close to the beach. Cape Canaveral beach is a great place to watch rockets launch, plus it is a great beach.

This was a nicely furnished apartment that was very clean and had all the conveniences you want in the kitchen . It was in a nice neighborhood and just steps to the beach. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Cape Canaveral and the owners of our rental were great. As a newbie to renting an air B&B, I had questions, which Becky quickly responded to. The property, itself, is well kept, nicely decorated and furnished and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach and close to our family. I give this rental 5 stars.

The condo decor is pleasant; beachy but not too. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was adequately supplied. It is a convenient area for walking and the neighborhood is quiet. The beach is nearby and there are nice sidewalks. We liked having a dedicated parking place. We enjoyed our time here and would rent again.

A few repairs were needed, and there was no urgency to handle them. They were not taken care of during our stay. However overall the property was in good order and we enjoyed ourselves.

I would recommend bringing a mattress pad for the fold-out bed if there are 4 of you. Since there were three of us, one just slept on the couch with a sheet on it. It was very comfy. :) I highly recommend this place! I would stay there again for sure!!!!!

Very nice condo
Very clean well stocked for beach people with beach towels chairs and coolers. Very comfortable furniture. Great neighborhood with lots of walkers and people riding bikes. Thoroughly enjoyed my vacation and will be back!

I came to stay with a couple friends for a sprig getaway and we were highly impressed with this condo!! The place was so clean, had beach towels/chairs/umbrella to use, and was a short walk to anywhere! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Had great communication from the owners, too!
