This condo was beautiful. Very cozy and comfortable. Incredibly clean and filled with great amenities. We really enjoyed our time here. The loction was perfect and access to the condo is easy for loading and unloading our things. Kay was great to work with. Excellent communication and instructions.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was relaxing sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings with the close view of the lake. It was also conveniently located to restaurants and local attractions. Kay answered and addressed our questions in a timely manner and was easy to work with. We would definitely recommend the condo to our family and friends.

The pictures did not lie!! Everything was immaculate. The way it made us felt. The kitchen had everything we needed, the dining area was very beautiful, and the living room , the big TV, and the bedrooms especially the master bedroom with bathroom oh and the walk out balcony. You could walk out from the master bedroom or living room. Oh and the last night was an awesome fireworks 🎆 display for the Labor Day holiday and parking in front of your door and walk straight in. We felt so safe the coded door!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!❤️

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed home. Someone put a lot of thought into the furnishings and decorations. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen perfect for our needs, and the view of Lake Hamilton was lovely. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

Wonderful and beautiful condo. Closed to everything!! Super easy to get in and out of parking!. The only thing I would say is I wish it had a walk in shower. If would be great for handicap people! (Not complaining!) one of the best places we stayed in Hot spring.

The pictures of this condo do no lie. Everything here was perfect and would definitely stay here again. Extremely clean and very well kept. Be aware that it has a drip coffee maker was not a Keurig, as described, when planning on the coffee you bring. However, not an issue that would cause a less than 5 rating. Beds were VERY comfortable. This condo has very nice furnishings. I can't say enough nice things about the whole experience here.

We absolutely fell in love with this property. It was extremely clean; the master bathroom sparkled! The decorations were beautiful, and the view of the lake was awesome. Our host accounted for everything to make our stay worry-free. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and spacious. It had everything we wanted/needed plus. Check-in and out was easy and hassle free. Parking right outside the door and everything is one level. No steps. Which was important for us with elderly parents. Easy communication with host/owner.

We had such a wonderful stay for our girls weekend. . I’d rate the cleanliness and decor 10 stars if I could. We were blessed with lovely weather and enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee and to unwind after the races. Can’t wait to come back!

Exactly as described, beautiful and well furnished condo, clean and comfortable. The balcony was a favorite spot to relax. Convenient to the lake, food, shopping, etc. This is our new favorite spot to stay in Hot Springs! A special thanks to our host for creating such a welcoming space.

This condo is stylishly decorated and comfortable. There is one nice recliner and a couch in LR facing the tv and 2 other chairs. The kitchen had all the basics. The en-suite for the primary bedroom has a deep soaking tub/shower. The second bath has a standard tub/shower combo. I mention that only because, as oldsters, we would prefer a walk in shower. The flat entry was great and there is parking right by the front door. Instructions and door access were easy. The owner was responsive to my pre trip inquiries. All in all a lovely condo.
