Très bel appartement Tout équipé, moderne et confortable. Calme et plage à proximité

Nous y sommes allés en septembre donc il n'y avait pas grand monde mais pour l'été, les extérieurs ne sont pas assez spacieux. C'est assez isolé et il n'y a aucune animation ou magasin autour

Clean and spacious apartments, close to the beach and walking distance to Mercadona :) very attentive hosts, they called me the day before to ensure that I got all the needed information for the check-in, I really appreciate that! We enjoyed the code-based check -in, very convenient!

Lack of cafes and restaurants nearby, but it's more a concern for the city itself, it's organized the way that there are almost zero cafes and restaurants at the sea side, and the overall opinion of the city is that it's not as cozy as cities nearby. it's just a personal opinion of course.

Perfect location - very close to beach and tram into Alicante, supermarket 7 minutes walk. The little garden and its deckchairs were very nice and the bed very comfortable. The (small) pool was perfect for one swimmer: less so if any more people wanted to swim at the same time

The kitchen area was tiny and very cramped - much smaller than the Alidreams Lola Apartments in Alicante where we stayed last year - and no dishwasher. Also no bowls to eat out of and no tea-towel to dry the washed dishes; nor was there anywhere (inside) to hang towels to dry so they were permanently damp (cleaning ladies refused to replace them more than once every 3 days, despite the property being almost empty...): not very practical altogether

Everything was perfect. Location, cleaning service, parking and auto check-in system works very well.

Incredibly neat and modern little holiday "park". We had an absolutely sublime sleeping experience. The modern sliding shutters provided additional darkness - heaven! We checked in on a Wednesday night and out on Saturday morning, so got to experience the mid-week stillness but it really didn't get any noisier over the weekend. Could not speak any higher of this place - exceeded every expectation! Walking distance to the Muchavista tram stop. Secure parking available for each unit.

The shower leaks but can be resolved by wedging a bath mat outside the door. The cleaning staff very kindly replaced our bath mat every day, even though this should only be done every 3rd day - a welcomed attention to detail.

Very clean and well appointed apartment. Key code entry system really useful, especially as we had an early departing flight, so no hassle checking out.

Location slightly away from many restaurants and bars, but the tram system is excellent and there is a stop just round the corner, so easy to get around.

Great property to stay, big rooms with all you may need, small kitchenette in the room, self check-in, parking available at the property. Great design and location.
