Location, price and it was pristine clean. Very close to Ski centers

A little small but it was fair enough for the price.

The property was nice and clean a few minutes by car from El Colorado and La Parva and about 20 Minutes away from Valle Nevado. Owners were nice and friendly. Room although small equipped with little fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave, small table to eat for max 3 people.

A bit small for the price paid, I wish it had a shared eating area with a larger table kitchen sink and dishwasher etc, rather than a very small table by the bed in the room.

Its actually the host´s own place hence the quality of the fixtures and furniture was outstanding. the attention to detail is actually quite amazing, ranging from the excellent insulation of the place to protect against heat and the maintenance of the place ranging from bedding, lights, linen etc you can see that either the place is very new or the host pays very close attention to the upkeep and quality of the place. Very spacey room and quite clean. Location was also fantastic as very close to all the ski places.

We like to sleep in late but due to the noise from other occupants of the house, we were woken up very early in the mornings (although its our fault since we thought it would be a separate cabin, but its actually a room in a house) Also would be good to have a small kitchenette (a stove) so there are not many eating places around and the couple of ones that are, are expensive and close super early. so we had to miss on meals due to that :(
