Loved everything about the place. Well equipped, great location. Loved the private balconey and comfy outdoor chairs. The view is simply sensational! Felt right at home. Perhaps the only improvements would be higher end bath products and a retractable outdoor sunshade to enjoy the balconey during the sunny afternoons (like the condo two doors down).

This condo was just what we wanted. The view is amazing and the accomodations were excellent. I would highly recommend this one! Maria is also wonderful to work with and will make your stay perfect.

The view from the balcony and the sunsets are amazing. Furniture and beds very comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. Maria, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. Area beaches are beautiful and only a few minutes drive away. There is a grocery store nearby along with several excellent restaurants.

The condo was nice but the area is now infested with a high theft problem. We were robbed of all of all personal identification, cash, credit cards, and photo camera at 1pm in broad daylight. The Alpha Omega Realty company, Budget Rental and others did not provide any verbal warning to us allowing us to become easy targets to the gang of thieves in the area. Stay away from Playa Flamingo and vicinities, or better yet find other countries that would protect their tourists better. Our Pura Vida experience sadly became a pure hell trying to return back to the USA without any money and losing all our personal belongings.

The views are beyond fantastic, magical and breathtaking from any place in the condo. The terrace has a lot of room with comfortable seating to enjoy the breathtaking views all day long. The infinity pool overlooking the sea has breathtaking views as well. The condo is safe, clean and in a great location. I would suggest a 4x4 to make it up the rough big hill to get the condo. The condo was also stocked with anything you cold possibly think of needing which was wonderful! They thought of everything. It's well worth the money...you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough about this property! This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Immaculate and spacious condo, well-supplied with everything you need. The views are incredible, we sat for hours on the deck enjoying the views of the ocean and the starry sky at night. Two wonderful pools, each with ocean views. The host Maria is fabulous! She will assist you with tours or drivers and anything else you need. Flamingo Beach is 5 minute drive away, absolutely beautiful, clean beach. We will be back!

The view from the balcony is even better than the pictures. We both painted it in watercolors and also took lots of photos, especially at sunset. Beds were comfortable and the property is very quiet. Convenient to several beaches and cute little beach towns.

We had a lovely stay in Maria’s condo. The view is perfection and the location is so convenient to area beaches. The unit is very spacious, clean, and bright. No need for AC with a lovely breeze through the screen sliders. Maria was so helpful and communicative. If you’re coming to Flamingo, you can’t go wrong with this condo.

The pics are amazing and the space lives up to them. The condo feels way bigger in person, which is a rare. The view is amazing. The beds, couched, pillows and patio furniture are all super comfortable. We loved the location and would not hesitate to stay here again. Be prepared for the hill up to the condo. We did NOT have a 4 wheel drive vehicle and had no issues. However we WOULD recommend having one if you stay here. It would make navigation easier and quicker. After a minute to get used to the steepness and condition of the road, we relaxed into it. Pura Vida. You are in no hurry to get anywhere here anyway. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that were handled by Maria right away.

Spectacular View
My husband and I just loved this condo . It was comfortable, well equipped and the view from the terrace was spectacular.There is a grocery store and good restaurants nearby . The walk to the beach is a hike . Approximately 2 km to the beach and the hike back is a definite work out . Of course driving is an option. I would recommend 4 wheel drive . The road up to the towers could use some love . We definitely rent again !

Wonderful view. Very clean unit, lots of beach towels, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, appreciated the washer/dryer during after excursions. Maria set up massages in the room which were fantastic. We had rented 4x4 and thankful we did.

Sunsets beyond your imagination from your balcony
We have traveled extensively and been to Costa Rica 6 times in the last 8 years. The other houses and villas we have stayed in at the Flamingo beach area were lovely. However, this property was IMMACULATE, well appointed with EVERYTHING you may need to enjoy your stay. The decor was pretty. The furniture indoor and outdoor was perfect, clean and very comfortable! The only bed used was the King, it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in * and I love my bed at home, so that speaks volumes! We have stayed at the Flaming Towers once before in a villa in front of the towers, that was 2 years ago. Unfortunately a 4x4 is a must to rent to realistically get drive up the short hillside to this property. The drive is worth it but sadly the road hasn’t had any attention in a very long time and it truly is a “rough” ride up the hillside. Having said that, I hope the property owners of the towers and villas seriously consider some road repair. We LOVED this property and LOVE Flamingo beach and all the people/ friends / the restaurantaur’s, shop keepers we have made over the years ! We are already booking our next trip to stay in this unbelievable property where the sunsets are AMAZING where you can celebrate another day of “Pura Vida “ 🇨🇷

Perfection.
This condo was one of the most impressive vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. From the 5-star cleanliness to the unbelievable view, everything was perfect. The condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and all was in immaculate condition. We enjoyed the two pools, especially the infinity pool, to watch the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. Maria is a responsive host who ensures all your needs are met.

Beautiful condo with spectacular views.
Love this out of the way condo! Close to the beaches but sits on top of a gorgeous hill that gives spectacular views. The condo was well appointed, clean, and spacious. The patio was huge with comfortable seating. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Perfect Bliss
Words won't even describe how nice this unit is. Kudos to the owners and to Maria. She was fabulous with checkin and checkout and communication throughout. It rained a lot while there but we made the best of it and took the time to enjoy. The views are absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back and will be requesting to stay here again. Stunning Unit & Views!
We were absolutely blown away by this gorgeous unit and its magnificent ocean views! It feels like you are in your own castle on a very tall hill with breathtaking views of the beaches below. This modern condo has been thoughtfully outfitted by the owners to have everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. It is extremely clean and very tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork of the Costa Rican fauna. Unfortunately our visit was cut short due to a personal work concern, but we look forward to coming back someday in the future! Also, the property manager Maria is so lovely and a pleasure to work with.

Love the location.
We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the property were amazing. The condo location is somewhat isolated from the more congested parts of Playa Flamingo, but really convenient to the numerous restaurants in the area. We also really enjoyed the two pools on the property which are very well maintained and inviting. Would definitely recommend the property. Maria was very helpful as well and was very knowledgeable about the area and the property. We will definitely be back.

Refreshing retreat
The condo provides a perfect retreat, beautiful views both from balcony and pools, friendly support staff. This is our third visit and we plan to continue to return.

Great property, great views, great location!
We loved the condo! It was a great spot to drive to various beaches. The view was amazing. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony and the apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. Maria was great to work with at check-in and check-out. She offered great advice and even helped me get with a Birthday surprise. We hope to come back again soon!

Amazingly beautiful Condo
We stayed at the condo in February 2019. The condo itself was immaculately kept with everything you could possibly need available for your stay. Maria, the property manager, was prompt with her responses and met us along the way to guide us to the location. The condo was decorated beautifully, and has an amazing balcony. It was very close to Playa Famingo and Brasilito. We were very happy to find coolers and chairs available to take to beach. The beds and linens were wonderful and comfortable. Check out was a breeze with Maria, and she was very nice and informative about Costa Rica. We would most definitely stay here again.

Best vacation ever!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! As read on other reviews, the pictures do not do it justice. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset every evening.
Maria was amazing from before our vacation started till the end. She arranged the transportation from the airport and was there upon our arrival to the condo where she showed us around, gave us helpful tips and arranged a rental vehicle.
The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need.
We can't wait to return!
