Les deux chambres plus loft / trois salle de bain est d'environ 1400 pieds carrés. Il ya un grand salon avec foyer au gaz et une cuisine entièrement équipée. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, la deuxième chambre d'un lit queen-size et la mezzanine de quatre lits jumeaux. Non fumeur et pas d'animaux. Le Timberline dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée, de 2 bains à remous, d'un sauna, de vestiaires et d'une blanchisserie. Restaurant sur place pour le dîner sauf hors saison. Parking dans la propriété moyennant des frais en hiver.

I’ve been catfished by several vacation rentals before, but this one had the opposite effect - it’s nicer than the photos really show and the service was excellent. The condo has been beautifully renovated and appointed with no details left out - gas stone fireplace, comfortable beds, and everything you could need to cook during your stay (including a blender and pancake griddle, which was unusual and great for breakfasts). Service is also awesome - the condo association offers very quick shuttle service anywhere within Snowmass, there’s an in-house ski pro shop with overnight repairs and tune ups at very reasonable prices, and there is daily maid service with all linens and dishes. Another nice amenity is the German restaurant on property that has delicious food and a great happy hour dinner special. The only potential issues to note at this condo are: - No washer/dryer in-unit (there is a coin op laundry room on the property). - The hot tub and pool are great, but were overrun two nights during our stay by rowdy college students. - The soundproofing inside the condo unit is not great, my friends and I could hear each other through the walls at times. That being said, we did not hear anyone from other condo units here.

We loved staying here for our visit to see Maroon Bells. It was a wonderful location and the property wants to do as much for you as you allow them. The hot tub/pool was wonderful and they even offered to take us to a trail head and pick us up afterwards. The actual condo was clean and had everything we needed. The loft area is a little odd with the low ceiling but my kids stayed up there so it wasn't that big of a deal. There was everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen and the towels and beds were very clean. There were TV's in all the bedrooms, games to play and lots of other little things we appreciated like the humidifier and steam shower feature! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time and a place to call home while we were away from ours.

We loved our stay at this property! It's perfect for two families. The loft has 4 twins beds and a bathroom, perfect for the kiddos, and there are 2 bedrooms downstairs for the grown ups, with 2 more bathrooms. The kitchen has a good amount of pots and pans, and great restaurants are within walking distance. We didn't get a chance to eat at the onsite restaurant (The Edge) as it was closed the night we tried, but we heard good things about it as well. They have easy ski storage outside and cubbies inside for your gear, with convenient parking across the street. The location is amazing - ski in / ski out to the base of the Village Express lift and the gondola. And just a quick walk to the heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Love this place!

We had a total of 7 of us, 4 older adults and 3 younger adults. Plenty of room for all of us. Grocery store was just down the road. Plenty of shops, bars & restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views and shuttle services. I would definitely stay here again.
