Great place for a large group of friends. Very spacious, and comfortable. The pool was also wonderful with cabanas. Everything was clean and the host was always responding to our concerns.

The cost was a little high, considering the location of the house.

Perfect location, less than 2 minute walk to the beach, which has some umbrellas for rent and is perfect for a family with small kids Outside terrace is exactly as in the pictures, fantastic view Very quiet. There is a road below the house but hardly any cars go by. The downside is that you need to drive 20m to get to villages with better restaurant offerings (the tavernas at the beach are mediocre) The apartment at the back of the house (which has one of the bedrooms) is modern, very spacious and comfortable

Rooms in the main house are quite small (space for bed and luggage only) Given price (around 4 hundred per night in high season), I was expecting a little more in terms of welcome and information about the island/restaurants (we were basically just shown the house and received the keys). Having said that, hosts were always very prompt in answering specific questions. I was also expecting a higher-quality house (e.g., having a filter for the water given that you cannot even have a proper shower with the salty water of the property, windows that are difficult to close/open)

The view is great. The beach is very close and one of the best of kythnos. The terrace is big and very nice.
