Deux étages Maison de 4 chambres à coucher à distance de marche de bateaux publics lancements, terrains de jeux, plages et magasins du centre-ville. À une demi-heure de Mackinaw City et de Petoskey, dans le centre-ville d’Indian River. Cuisine complète, buanderie, 2 salles de bain complètes. Spacieux pour les familles. Une chambre avec un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a quatre jumeaux rapprochés alors apparaît comme deux rois, troisième a une reine et la quatrième a trois jumeaux.

We thought our annual trip was not going to happen due to the snow taking its time to show up, so reservations were very last minute. Before booking we had some questions and the owners were quick to answer. Very nice property with a great location to the trails. Thank you to Christel for being so nice and super helpful. We had a great time and would definitely book this property again.

Overall the house was clean, except for the spiderwebs and dust webs in corners. There were plenty of towels and they even had choices of bathroom supplies examples: shampoo&conditioners soap, etc. In the advertisement for the house it stated that there was air conditioning. This was not central air but units in each room(not window units) that had been put away before we arrived. We were told to open windows if we needed to cool it down inside the house. My family is one that likes it to be cold when we sleep so we had the windows open and fans going at night. This wouldn't have been bad except that there was a sewer smell that came in through the windows. I did not report this issue because I felt by the time we realized this was an issue there wouldn't have been any time for them to fix it(we only stayed 3 nights.) And I am not sure what they could have done to fix it since they had already taken out the air conditioning units.

Spacious, clean, and fully stocked with kitchen needs and bed/bath linens. Beds are very comfortable and friendly community! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Stayed here with my entire family and it was very spacious! The house is well kept and clean! Very generous to have small toiletries available if we happened to forget anything. Perfect for our large family and long weekend! We enjoyed hanging out at the house playing games together at the large table. Super easy and smooth communication with owners! Everyone really enjoyed our stay here we will be back! Also did I mention how clean it was?! ;)

Had a terrific stay in Indian Rivver at this property. Walking fistance to both downtown and the beach made life easy and simple. The hiuse itself is very nice. Plenty of room and beds to fit everyone. It has a large kitchen, large living room, bonfire pit out back. The owner / property manager were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. I recomend for anyone looking for a stay in Indian River.

The property was clean, kitchen well stocked. We used the propane grill to cook one of our meals, so that was a nice touch. The downstairs shower is small, but still workable. Overall we were very happy and would stay again!

Excellent place to stay! Very clean, well stocked, responsive hosts - great big front porch!. We had a great time! If only it wasn't so close to the bar...quite a bit of noise at closing time. Otherwise fantastic!

. We enjoyed staying in the house . The kids loved their own beds ! No air but did have room airs which was sufficient for most rooms ! Kids loved the trampoline too!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and nicely organized! We were within walking distance of restaurants and down town. We were in town for a SxS ride and were able to ride from the house to the trailhead. We will definitely be back!

When we rented this home for the weekend we were looking for something inexpensive but still nice and cozy. It was all of the above. We weren’t sure how many family members would be with us as this was an unexpected family event. This house was perfect for all of us including the exploring 1 year old. Plenty of crawl space with lots of supervision!! (We blocked the staircase with the comfy footstool!) Since we only planned on being there for 2 nights we had plenty to do and the location in Indian River is close to several other small towns. We even found time to go to the Christmas Parade in Cheboygan. I’d love to plan our next trip ahead of time and when it’s warm out so we can explore more and go to the beaches and Mackinaw Island!

We really enjoyed staying at the Indian River inland waterway house. It is comfortable, spacious, has everything we need including a big, well-equipped kitchen. On top of that, we saw a lot of birds (we're a group of bird hunters) and found some new places in the town. We'll be back.

A great, clean house with plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen and the laundry was a nice bonus. Excellent location close to the state park and other attractions. The host responded right away to the one or two questions we had. Definitely recommended if in the area.

Nice place up north in Michigan
Very nice house. The town is small but a good grocery and dinner are close by. Access to beach areas in multiple spots made for pleasant afternoons. Up North in Michigan is not meant to be perfect. There may be a few feet of rocks getting to soft sand on the beach. Yes, a local bar is close by (which might be called a bonus...). These aspects are just part of the relaxing charm of fresh water lakes or a slower pace of living in a rural cottage village.

Home away from home

Lack of snow made snowmobiling impossible from the house, but the close proximity to the freeway made it easy to trailer further north. Look forward to coming back sometime when there is enough snow to take advantage of the local trails.

Well cared for property, and more spacious than the photos indicate. Great cottage in Indian River. This house has plenty of space for large groups
Only about 25 minutes to Mackinaw City. Cute little downtown and was great for walking. When we first arrived we noticed that there was a bar at both ends of the street and thought, oh no. Proved us wrong as there was hardly any noise from either id them. Felt very safe walking around the area
I would recommend and would stay there again. Forgot to mention that this cottage was stocked with everything you would use at home....all you need is your Food. Great hosts by the way.
