Our recent stay at this vacation house was a delightful experience for my wife, our three-year-old, and me. The stunning view from the property set the stage for a tranquil getaway, and its prime location within walking distance of restaurants and bars added to the convenience.
The house was well-equipped for family fun, with an abundance of sand toys and beach chairs that kept our little one entertained for hours.
While the pool may not have been the highlight for me, it was for our three-year-old as it was enough for her to have playtime in the pool. On a rainy day, the short drive to the aquarium proved to be a delightful indoor activity, showcasing fascinating marine life, especially those friendly rescue dolphins.
In summary, this vacation house offered the perfect blend of a great view, a convenient location, and family-friendly amenities which are the three items we look for. From beach days to exploring local attractions, it provided us with a well-rounded and memorable vacation experience.

We chose this condo based strictly on reviews since we were unfamiliar with the area. We were very pleased with the condo and especially the location. It was close to Frenchy's and The Palm and less than a mile to Pier 60. The view of the ocean out of the living room and off the balcony was great. The condo is spacious with plenty of room to move around. There are a number of chairs, towels, etc. for the beach. Our only negative is the mattress was a little soft for us and took a couple of days to get used to it. We will definitely rent this unit again when we return.

We loved this place! It was in a great location right on the beach, clean and comfortable and the owners thought of everything to stock the rental with and then some. They even offered a late checkout with out our asking for it. We will be back !!

We stayed here for a family vacation. The condo was pristine clean and organized. Had everything you need for a beach vacation including kids toys, pack and play, bedding, etc. The location is fantastic and walkable to the clearwater area, but beach was less crowded. Beautiful balcony view! We had some inclement weather during our stay and Delores reached out to make sure everything was ok. Shes very communicative, leaves directions and info and is an excellent host. We'll be back!

First time to Clearwater Beach so I wasn’t really sure where everything was located. We went with a group of friends who were staying at different hotels so the only thing I really had to work with the distance from the condo to their hotels in walking distance. It truly turned out perfect. Upon arrival we were so impressed with how clean & beautiful everything was along with having all the comforts of home. From extra fleece blankets, a magnifying mirror (for those of us that need it) to the convenience of packing coolers for the beach along with ice packs, beach chairs and anything else you can image for a perfect beach day. The view was incredible, parking was convenient, even hauling up groceries and water was simplified by shopping carts being made available for a quick run up the elevator to the condo. The condo was roomy enough that we never felt crowded and everyone could really have their own space if they wanted it. If you’re struggling about selecting the perfect condo for your vacation like I was, you won’t regret your decision if you book this one. Communication from beginning to end was also amazing! Thanks for a great vacation and sharing your home.

The beach is not very crowded - the condo is far enough away from the large hotels so it doesn’t have as much noise and as many people coming to the beach here, which was a huge plus for us as a family with little kids. The condo also had everything you need - beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, full kitchen, etc.
All the communications with the owner and instructions were very clear and timely. We also had a personal emergency during our stay and the owner was very helpful and very nice about it!

You can walk to restaurants nearby. Grocery store is a few minutes away, abiut 5 minutes. Good environment. Great beach. Waves were a lithe rough but the kids had a great time. Extremely well equipped apartment. Spacious. Loved the balcony. And the owners are amazing. I loved everything about it.

Great location on the beach with beautiful ocean views. It’s far enough away to enjoy piece and quite yet close enough to walk to all the entertainment. Walkable to restaurants and Pier 60. Amazing sunsets! A nice quite pool area to relax.

The condo was just as described on the website. Everything that was needed to cook or go to the beach was available. Dolores was easy to work with and available if needed. Watching the sunsets from the balcony was breathtaking!

We had a lovely week at the Glendale Villas. Unit was well appointed and we walked everywhere- no need to tent a car. We used ubers. Would for sure stay again! Hosts were very accommodating and we had a great time!!

We enjoyed every moment at this condo on Clearwater Beach. The sand was amazing and the kids loved it. I loved the location because everything was within walking distance, yet we were (north) of the busiest parts of the beach. The condo was beautiful and the sunsets were some of the best I’ve seen. I would definitely rent this place again.

We loved staying at The Villas. As soon as you stepped inside you relaxed! The position on the beach was fabulous with gorgeous views of the beach and wonderful sunsets. We walked everywhere and having the beach towels, chairs and umbrella was a great bonus. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and Dolores was a great communicator. Simply the best place we have ever rented.

Three sisters all living in different cities came together to spend some quality time. We had great food, great sleep, and great sun! The condo is exactly as described and better. Lots of extra touches to make your stay perfect. So great not to have to bring beach towels and chairs. The location is great particularly if you like a bit of the quieter side of things. Plenty of fantastic restaurants to walk to. I highly recommend Clearsky for any meal. Their menu is expansive and everything was great. The hostess for the condo is very responsive! Thanks again

The property was perfect for a young family. Spacious, clean, with easy access to the beach. The host had everything available that you might need - beach toys, cooler, umbrella/chairs, beach mat - there was even a bag of ice in the freezer. Perfect stay.

We had the best time and best stay! It was our first vacation as a family of 3 and to say I didn’t want to leave is a complete understatement. Not only is this condo beautiful and clean with amazing gulf views, there were also so many thoughtful touches. From the beach chairs, pool toys, floaty that our son used, and more- we felt right at home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay or for better hosts!! We most certainly will be back!

Excellent Stay
The property was clean and well equipped for making meals and playing at the beach. We really enjoyed going to the beach, swimming in the pool, and sitting out on the patio to enjoy the Gulf and people watch. We will definitely look to book this property again in the future!
