It's an oasis just outside busy Legazpi, especially for those who love plants, forest and the sea. I like the conservation-eco educational concept, likewise the progressive owners who run it as a non-profit foundation to support university/college education of local children. Impressive collection of plants and trees, and landscaping of the small forest patch heading down the sea, with (very safe) steps carved out of the soil, hanging bridge and other bridges, and the stream cascading down into the sea, and Mayon watching nearby. The walnut pancake is delicious and also local dishes made by staff at the restaurant. Very relaxed surroundings.

They left the nature like it should be. Beautiful place. Nature trail is awesome and beautiful. Staff are helpful.

The drive way. Its difficult for our vehicle to go up the hill.

we booked there because of my mom’s love for plants. We also enjoyed the trek along forest trail but sadly we’re not able to go through the beach trail.

it is suggested to cut down a bit on food prices though it was not a major problem because we’re allowed to bring our own food.

The staff prepared breakfast and even cooked a few menu items to accommodate our whim. We met the owner who spoke to us about their commitment to their community and the local ecology. the gardens are well maintained and the trek to the beach meant walking along a dense forest with a meandering pathway. It was magical and good for the lungs too.

The distance was a surprise. Perhaps that is what makes it charming.
