The room and bed was comfortable, and there is plenty of space in the facility. For a hostel, the room had more hotel like facilities with tea and coffee etc. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good with plenty on offer. Its a good start to the day. Also the dining area is spacious
There are some really comfortable chairs which you can relax in after a long day

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection. The views are beautiful and it’s so tranquil. 30 minute drive to Snowdon. Great value for money!
Rooms are tired and beds uncomfortable, could do with a refurb. Location wise, you have to drive to the nearest town or it’s a 30 minute walk with a big hill on the way back. They could do with some more outdoor seating so that you can sit outside in the evening rather than your room.

This is an ideal location placed just outside Betws y Coed. Its peaceful and surrounded by countryside. The room we had was basic which is what you pay for, as this was a base for us to travel from.
It was a bit confusing as to weather we had the right place and finding the entrance and getting in ( as it was locked and there is no intercom to inform the desk that we had arrived. Luckily another guest spotted us and let us into the property to get to the front desk.

Lovely informative staff , room was basic but exactly what I needed
Nothing apart from it would have been nice to have a TV in the room .

Amazing location, the staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The room and toilet were really clean and the grounds are lovely, it's only a short walk to betws y coed. There's a bbq area and a fire pit thats free to use. The rooms are really quiet, we couldn't hear any other guests and the showers stayed warm for a big group to use and there was good water pressure
There wasn't access to a fridge but that was due to covid so understandable. I found the beds comfy but the mattresses and pillows were a bit firm which some of my group didn't like.

The location was ideal for us as we were visiting Zip world forest which was just up the road.
Due to current restrictions all common areas had to be locked, but as we were the only people staying over that night they opened up the games & common room for us which was fantastic! Two very happy children! :)
Breakfast was served in the kitchen & we ate this in our room, it was all freshly cooked, we couldn’t fault it. Room was basic but comfy, exactly what I expected.
Overall very happy, staff were really friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.
Only one little thing, the roller blinds in the room have gotten a little damp, they could probably do with a good clean or replacing.
