Beau 4 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain. À seulement 3,5 km de la plage de Bethany et de sa magnifique promenade, de ses boutiques, de ses restaurants et de l'océan. Accès à la piscine du quartier et à l'aire de jeux. La maison de vacances est complète avec une cuisine personnalisée conçue avec une variété de comptoirs en pierre, une table de ping-pong, une boule de foos, des fers à cheval, un jeu de fléchettes (veuillez apporter vos propres fléchettes) sont là pour le plaisir. Il y a deux salons, des télévisions à écran plat avec magnétoscope et lecteurs DVD dans les chambres, des centaines de films pour votre plaisir, le câble est uniquement sur la télévision du salon principal, un téléphone résidentiel en été, deux ponts extérieurs à deux niveaux avec gril à gaz pour allumer manuellement et au charbon de bois barbecue disponible également (doit fournir des briquettes de charbon de bois et installer vous-même), foyer, sièges extérieurs, vélos, équipement d'entraînement haut de gamme, planches de bodyboard (pour une utilisation à la plage) et cinq chaises de plage. Bear Trap Dunes (27 trous premier country club) juste en face de la rue - à distance de marche avec un bon restaurant et des sièges à l'extérieur au terrain de golf!
Le propriétaire de la maison est propriétaire de Scott's Custom Auto Body à Beltsville MD. 20705 & Lord's and Lady's Limousines à Riverdale Md. 20737 depuis 1981 et est habitué à rendre les clients heureux. Rendre un voyageur heureux est ma tâche la plus importante, il suffit de demander.
Si le voyageur utilise une carte de crédit ou une vérification électronique, le propriétaire doit être remboursé des frais de service de 3% par chèque bancaire lors du retour du contrat signé au propriétaire.
Si l'enregistrement le samedi est demandé, des frais supplémentaires de 299 $ s'appliquent. 00 à payer directement au propriétaire lors du retour du contrat signé.

The Beach House we rented was everything we hoped for. It was all on one floor, which was great for my husband who has Parkinson's. There was a lot of fun activities for our teenagers to do. Bikes to ride, an air hockey table, ping pong, chess table and pin ball machines. The house was lovely and very clean and Scott, our host was awesome, so helpful and accommodating! The house was close to Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island State Park, I would definitely recommend this house to you for a great family vacation! We had a blast!

Backyard faces a busy road- can’t tell that from the pictures. But as long as kids can listen to stay on the deck it isn’t a problem. Very open layout and on all one level which is nice for kids and older family members. Has ramp to get in house so technically wheelchair accessible. Has some glass tables that aren’t exactly kid friendly. But overall very nice. Stay at plenty of places and this place definitely provided more kitchen supplies than most which was very nice. Owner lives across the street so is obviously easily accessible. Access to pull was excellent and nice to come from the beach to the pool, outdoor shower at the pool to get ride of sand before cooling down at the pool and walking back to the house. Dryer in the house didn’t work well at all so don’t expect to do laundry even thought it’s available. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend going back. Easy access to Bethany beaches.

The house is extremely workable for a family. It is all on one floor. There is a variety of games in the recreation room/living room area across from the kitchen, making it ideal for kids and teens. We also got a lot of use of the bikes. The house is quite close to the road in back, making the deck less usable than it otherwise would have been. The pool is about three blocks from the house. It took us about 10 minutes to drive and park at Bethany Beach, and about 30-40 minutes to drive and park at Rehoboth.

Great home for our group of 12. Fabulous location, large rooms and great arcade games! Pool was wonderful! Lots of movies, but no cable.

Our stay was last summer. The owner was accommodating. He offered to build a ramp to the front door, as my mother-in-law uses a walker. I reminded him a couple days before our stay and he was putting on the finishing touches as we arrived.
The house is spacious, with a beautiful updated kitchen and lovely hard wood flooring in the foyer, dining room, and hallways. My children enjoyed the air hockey and foosball tables. Some rooms have too much furniture and appear cluttered. It would be truly spectacular in the hands of a professional interior decorator.

We are a family of 7 adults and 7 kids ranging from 10 months-12 years and it wasn't the most family friendly. Because we were coming from far and leaving early we asked to get the pool keys and stay at the pool till 4:00 check in time. Scott said yes and then day of when I said what time someone would be there he said Negative, Enjoy the beach. Said he didn't receive the contract (which was in his mailbox that he didn't check). We ordered the sheet and bath towel service around $200(which we never had to do with past rentals) and because we told him a week earlier that "didn't give him enough time to put them on the beds". During our stay the propane in the grill ran out on the first time we were using it while the food was on the grill and when I texted Scott he said to refill and pay it forward to the next people (he was across the street and could have let us borrow his tank). And the pictures are very deceiving the backyard is on a pretty main road with no fence. The firepit is steps away from the street and the deck gave pretty much everyone a splinter. The yard is not kid friendly. The pool was nice and probably 3 miles to the beach. If you like movies then this guy has a lot!

This house is perfect for a family vacation. Spacious house with plenty to do inside and outside. Very close to the beach. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Spacious house with lots of indoor activities given the fact that it was so rainy outside. Loved that the kids could enjoy bike/scooter riding when it stopped raining.

We have picked this house based on appealing images, description of the property and location. The reality exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The owner was available to assist with any issue should something happen. He recommended nice places to go, and we enjoyed every minute of our staying. Thank you very much Scott, see you next time!
