This is our second year staying on this property. Can’t beat the location being so close to the beach which makes the walk so much easier. The second floor deck gives you a view of the ocean and beautiful sunrise. The house is clean with everything you need. Love the large kitchen with lots of elbow room. The living room area is also large fitting 2 couches. Each bedroom is also roomy with enough closet space. Although only 1 full bathroom, it was fine for the 4 of us last year. The street is very quiet even in middle of summer and this time, came during our most favorite month, September. Jennifer is very responsive and last year, even caught us before we were on the causeway to inform us on a bag we left behind.

We visited LBI after a 12 year hiatus and was lucky enough to stay in the top floor at this location. Just one house from the beach entrance. Convenient and quiet neighborhood. The owner, Jennifer was available and responded immediately for any/all questions. Check in was a breeze. House is fully stocked with everything needed. Linens and towels not included but local service is available to supply. Closet full of games, washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful deck overlooking the ocean with picnic table and chairs. House has central A/C, but windows on either side of house for cross breezes. Lovely in Sept. Highly recommend this location and we plan to return.

Could use some updating , the twin beds are not comfortable. Had a rug which I don’t care for at the beach

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay on the top floor where we enjoyed views of the surf from the outside deck. The storage area was a treasure trove of all things beach related, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, etc. Plus the owner was quick to respond with any information we needed. We plan on booking again next year!!

This location is fabulous. Close enough to enjoy the beach and the great Beach Haven digs, but also a quieter street. Jennifer was incredibly kind and helpful. Our goal was to not bother her over our long weekend stay and there was no need to as everything was perfect. Thank you a great father's day weekend!

This property is the perfect place for a family trip to the beach. Located just one house away from the beach entrance, the views were breathtaking from the upper deck and the walk with children and a wagon full of toys was a breeze. The house had everything you could need: dishes, cooking utensils, television, ample seating, outdoor picnic table, etc. The host was phenomenal. She was very communicative and checked in on us via text which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this property for families or even adult only groups! It really can’t be beat!

We have visited LBI since 2008. This rental is an absolute treasure. The location is nested perfectly within biking distance of Beach Haven shopping and restaurants. The morning ocean views are spectacular. I highly recommend this rental.

We had such a nice time staying here. We could see the ocean from the living room windows and the balcony. Great location walking distance to restaurants, Wawa, liquor store and ice cream. Would absolutely stay here again. Communication was quick and easy, and people in the neighborhood very friendly.

Jennifer was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for our stay, celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary with balloons upon arrival. Communication was swift and easy, as was check in and departure. The view was lovely, we just wish our weather had been better! Highly recommend renting here. Location is perfect! The Beach House was exactly as advertised and Jennifer is a wonderful host to work with. Check-in/check-out were super easy. The property is clean and well laid out. The bathroom was particularly clean and had great lighting. The location and views can simply not be beat! We spent a ton of time on the deck enjoying the ocean, and the ease of getting to/from the beach has spoiled us for all future trips. The outdoor shower was super functional and so many easy-walking amenities (restaurants, ice cream, Wawa, liquor store, etc.) We look forward to returning!

Loved our stay here as it was close to all the amenities but the beach was right outside our front door! Get the 2nd floor unit for a great view of the ocean from your balcony. Unit was well equipped, many things we brought with us we probably could have left home. communication from the owner was fantastic as well - A+

You cannot get a better location than this! It's steps from the beach. The outdoor shower was so nice to use, and such a great way to ensure sand stayed out of the unit. The rooms are comfy with lots of closet space. The outdoor picnic table was a nice touch and we ate outside for nearly every meal. We didn't realize that we needed to bring our own sheets, towels, toilet paper, etc. I see that they are not on the listing, so it's my fault, but I am adding it so that others may learn from my mistake and not have to run to Wal-Mart for sheets at 9pm. The only other issue we had during our stay was with the construction next door whose workers arrived at 6:50am and started promptly at 7am. Hopefully the construction is over for future guests (it looked near completion). .

We had a comfortable stay. The place was clean and the views were spectacular. The kids were engaged with the various games available. We will be going back again.

LOVE the deck! This was a early Father's Day gift for my husband. We loved the location and the Comfortable 2nd floor beach home. Kitchen was well stocked, we used the washer / dryer, beach chairs and gas grill - great plus to have these items. Everything you need is within walking distance. Would we love to return again !

Jennifer was amazing and very laid back! The place was very clean and it took us 30 seconds to walk to the beach! SO convenient with kids! Perfect spot!

We stayed here with two little ones and this place was perfect! It was clean, the bedrooms were a good size and it was soooo close to the beach! The outdoor shower was clutch bringing the kids (2 & 4) off the beach. I will say, if you have someone who has issues with steps, there are a lot of them and they are steep (we were on the top floor). But we had no problems. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. And it was nice to sit on the deck and enjoy the sunrise. We can’t wait to come back again!
