I stayed here with two colleagues for a conference. The space was exactly has described, and I enjoyed the convenient location. Within walking distance is a Chickfila, Dunkin, groceries and a burger restaurant.

The unit was close to the pool and bus pickup for our VMX event at the Orange County Convention Center. The unit was clean and as described. The only complaint was it would have been nice to have a few more trash bags provided for a 6 night stay.

Enjoyed our week in this location. The rooms were clean and spacious and were perfect for our family of 4. The location was great getting to Universal, and there is grocery stores and restaurants very close.

My family of 5 stayed at this property to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. Its location is close to Universal Studios which is what we wanted. While the property looks like the pictures, it’s not as nice in person. It seems like it needs updating - flooring is unfinished in certain areas (which was weird). The master bathroom toilet ran which we reported and the handyman came to fix it. We also found that the kitchen sink was leaking. They fixed that the last day we were there. The dryer also made loud noises and would turn off suddenly and then restart. I didn’t report it because I felt like a bother. I also noted that while there are extra pillows, there aren’t extra linens. I couldn’t find any sheets for the pull out sofa either (not that we needed it). While the parking lot is gated, there is open parking directly in front of the building which would allow anyone to park and walk through to gain access to the unit. There were also ants in the second bathroom in the sink and on the counters. Again, didn’t report it because it was raining and I felt like I kept complaining. We were only there for a few days so I just kept cleaning up. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and would not stay here again

The property was as described in the listing, however we did have a few issues. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all, I think the bed could use an upgrade. Also, the master bathroom toilet had issues but we didn’t want to ever call to get it fixed because we were always in and out trying to go to the theme parks nearby. Also the community pool had issues with the hot tub, some days it was cold some days it was hot, which made for not the best experience after you had walked miles all day at the theme park. All in all I would say the property is just OK definitely could use a little TLC.

My husband, 4 sons over 20 stayed here for a nearby wedding. This place was extremely close to pool and gym. Pool was large ,clean with plenty of chairs. Had a bar with small dining menu, totally unexpected.
Condo was clean and beautiful identical to pictures. My only wish was for more towels for bathing and for pool since there are no pool side towels.
My grown sons had a great time at nearby universal and local water park. A friend came by to visit and was jealous of my place over what she rented elsewhere.

Great location. Close to airport and Disney and universal. Loved that grocery store and Walgreens was close. We had a rent vehicle but even without it could get supplies for condo.

Our family stayed at this home while visiting Universal. The location to the park, and other restaurants and amenities was excellent! Lots of great restaurants to walk to! Check-in was easy, and overall a great stay!

Everything was great, it was a perfect situation for 4 adults and 2 kids on a business/personal trip. The only issue we faced during our stay was a loud dryer, but it still worked. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Ana's place. The condo was extremely clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Our main reason for staying was to go to Seaworld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica so the location was perfect. We were literally 5 minutes away from all three places. Ana was great to work with and check in/out was a breeze. I highly recommend Ana's place and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable. Great amenities. I loved the walking trail. And super close to everything. And if you're in the mood for burgers, Beth's Burger Bar is the place to go, walking distance!!

My family and I stayed here for a small vacation, to Universal Studios Volcano Bay. The location of the property was perfect for all of our vacation activities, with everything we needed to make our stay great. I'd definitely recommend this property to others, and am looking forward to coming back.

The property was very nice and the location. Fantastic for our needs However, four women had to share one bathroom because the other one constantly was stopped up. The property manager was very responsive and sent plumber each time.

Our family of five stayed comfortably here. Our oldest son had a volleyball tournament at the convention center, and this property is conveniently located close to the Vista Cay pool and workout room, the convention center, a grocery store, and all the Orlando parks. Highly recommend!

We were in Fl to celebrate a few special occasions with family close by. The unit was great and a good location. anything we needed was close by. Great space in the condo, clean and comfortable. Perfect being on the 1st floor for small kids. The pool and grounds were lovely. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the kitchen often which saved us time and money.The host was awesome to work with very fast response to our questions and requests. Check in and out was super easy. Thank You Ana for sharing your great Orlando home.

The condo was clean and very spacious. The location was perfect for visiting theme parks. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo is on the first floor which is nice unless you have noisy neighbors above. The few pots and pans could be replaced but overall a well stocked kitchen as far as appliances go

Property was very convenient in location to the convention center and all theme parks. Plus, food, shopping. Definitely, would stay here again. The whole family enjoyed it. Nice and centrally located. Real close to property amenities, it was clean and checking in was easy. Great staff at the pool, food and drinks on point. Only suggestion is sevice the dryer cant run it while in the condo due to noise, sounds like the bearings are bad

We stayed here for just 2 nights. It was accommodating and perfect for our family. The dryer needs a new belt as it was very noisy. A few minor cleanliness issues but I know this property was booked before us and after us. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay again in the future.

We have 5 kids, and the layout was great for us. Having rooms with 2 beds in each room was great, and the baby could sleep in the provided crib. Will definitely stay here next time.

We found the location to be great close to everything and good amenities at the location. There was plenty of space for all of us. The only thing we wished was in the unit would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms other than that it was great. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect space and location for our trip to Universal and Disney. We had an issue with a leak and the owner was responsive and super helpful. Will definitely stay here during our next trip to Orlando!

This property is just as described and pictured online. Plenty of space for all of your guests. Easy access and very short walk to the main pool facility was an added bonus. This is our third time staying at Vista Cay and this was by far the nicest property we have rented.
We were fortunate in that we didn’t need to contact the owners with any issues but I was pleased with the communication that we did have prior to our visit.

Plenty of space and comfort for our weekend stay in town! Very clean and had everything we needed. My only critiques are the dryer was noisy due to old age and the cookware was limited, but we had what we needed to get by. Communication with property manager and check in/out was very easy. We have stayed at other units on this property in past years and this one was the most convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
