Ce lodge luxueux et joliment aménagé, situé sur un terrain privé de 3 hectares, surplombe North Creek et les terres du monument national du Grand escalier Escalante et se trouve à seulement 8 km de la ville unique d’Escalante, dans l’Utah.
Situé à 800 mètres des repas en plein air (dîner seulement) au North Creek Grill (qui fait partie du Slot Canyons Inn), le lodge est également proche de la pêche, de la randonnée, du vélo, des sites amérindiens, des réservoirs Barker et Wide Hollow et de l'Escalante. Petrified Forest State Park. Il est à 45 minutes du parc national de Bryce Canyon et à 85 minutes du parc national de Capital Reef.
Cet incroyable pavillon de 3 200 pieds carrés est parfait pour 2 ou 3 couples avec ses trois chambres à coucher et ses salles de bain; mais il a des lits et manger à l'intérieur pour 12. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils ultramodernes, un refroidisseur de vin, des plans de travail en granit et de belles assiettes et couverts. La cuisine est bien fournie en ingrédients de base. Les immenses fenêtres de la salle à manger et du salon offrent une vue époustouflante en toute saison, tandis que le pont et le balcon enveloppants sont parfaits pour admirer les étoiles dans les cieux les plus lumineux que vous verrez jamais.
Le lodge est à une courte distance en voiture (environ 1 km) de la route panoramique 12. La magnifique route entre Escalante et Boulder est l’une des 10 plus belles routes panoramiques du monde et est à ne pas manquer. Une activité favorite est le temps passé à visiter la petite mais charmante chute d’eau située à l’est, au moment où vous quittez l’autoroute 12 et traversez le pont pour vous rendre au Jewel of Escalante Lodge.

We stayed here with two other couples in order to be near all of the hiking in Bryce and Escalante. Fabulous location with terrific space. Everyone had their own large bedroom and bathroom with a well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to eat and relax both indoors and outside. The stars at night are amazing with no other lights around! Will come back the next time we’re with family or friends to explore more of the area.

We prefer vacations away from cities but close to areas of interest. This house sits on a bluff looking down on a creek. It is a beautiful setting and we thoroughly enjoyed the B&B down below for breakfast. There is a new restaurant on that property with an outstanding chef. For all who want a real “get away” from the rest of the world, this is an ideal spot.

I loved this home so very much, and cannot say enough good things about it, but I will try. First the location. The setting is gorgeous, and the location is very private and peaceful. The deck is large, and overlooks a creek with lots of cottonwood trees. What a way to end a day of hiking and exploring the surrounding area - sitting on the deck with a book and a glass of wine.
Now, the house itself. Large and luxurious. Extremely comfortable bed in master bedroom, kitchen well equipped with anything you would ever need, and tall ceilings in the living room with huge windows to allow enjoyment of the beautiful scenery around the home.
Last, Pauline is such a good host. Very nice, communicative, and helpful. I definitely want to stay there again, and highly recommend it.

Firstly Wow! A beautiful home and property! We could not have wanted for anything! Fully stocked kichen(pans, utensils, and spices)! Spacious rooms to hang out and chat and play games in, comfortable beds to sleep well in to be rested for our next adventure. Great location to awesome parks and vistas. Would love to return soon and bring more family with us next time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Location was remote, but what we desired. Property was in excellent condition and well laid out for us and our friends. Views were fantastic. Overall, a very enjoyable and peaceful get-away.

My husband and I stayed here for our Escalante adventure. The house is just amazing. It snowed all day one day so we stayed in, cooked, played games and just admired the beauty of the home. Pauline was great. The house is close to town but very private. The house is stocked with everything you will need. I can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful property. We arrived in the evening after the sun had gone down but the view we woke up to was amazing! Especially with the color of the falls leaves. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of beds for our family and plenty of kitchen supplies and equipment for making meals.

Relaxing vacation!
We had a wonderful stay in Escalante. The property was amazing, with gorgeous views of the desert during the day and the stars at night. The kids enjoyed playing by the nearby stream. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Escalante Property
Stayed here for Spring Break with a family of four, including a teen and tween. This is a well constructed and maintained mountain property and very well appointed with everything you need. Beds are plentiful and comfortable, a large group would be comfortable here. Owner has taken the time to label and document where things are and how they work. Land has been well cared for and managed. Host was excellent about communicating and providing suggestions and tips. Lookforward to returning at some point.

Jewel of Escalante Lodge
What a slice of heaven! We were amazed how incredible everything was. The lodge is amazing in every way; cozy, comfy, beautifully furnished, with nearly everything you could want or need. The views and the night sky were glorious. The kitchen was a dream, making food preparation a pleasure – including our Thanksgiving feast! We thoroughly enjoy hiking daily in and around the area and so appreciated such a fabulous place to comeback to to rest our weary bones. Our hostess, Nicole, was a treasure to deal with - quick to respond, kind and helpful.

Very comfortable oversized furniture. Lots of separate space but great space to be together. Over all highly recommend this vacation spot.

Perfect place to feel one with nature
This was a spectacular place to relax and enjoy nature. The home is stunningly decorated and well appointed, and the view of the stars, milky way, and sun rise are breathtaking.
