Situé à Zilker, ce attractif chambre d’hôte pour 174 € par nuit est un fantastique option pour votre prochain pause Vous allez adorer notre grande et spacieuse chambre d'hôtes, la suite principale de notre maison de bungalow chalet vintage, avec de superbes équipements comme de hauts plafonds, une grande baignoire et un patio privé relaxant avec grill. (Remarque: il est attaché à notre maison, mais complètement séparé avec sa propre entrée privée. Vous n'avez PAS accès à notre maison.)
Un lit king-size avec des draps de luxe Peacock Alley et un confortable siège près de la fenêtre à proximité rendent cette grande chambre si accueillante. Tous les oreillers et couettes sont hypoallergéniques. Il y a deux bureaux antiques avec plusieurs tiroirs pour vos vêtements, ainsi qu'un placard. Grande étagère avec mini-réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, grille-pain et cafetière.
Laveuse et sécheuse et puits de lumière sont dans la salle de bain. Ventilateur de plafond au-dessus du lit. La salle est baignée de beaucoup de lumière naturelle et d'un patio privé pour votre plaisir. L'accès du public à la porte sud de Barton Springs Pool est juste en bas de la colline. Ouvert 5 a. m. à 10 p. m. tous les jours, sauf le jeudi.
Restaurants, musique live, café et shopping, le tout à quelques pas. Tout est à portée de main car nous vivons dans le meilleur code postal d'Austin et en haut de la colline à partir de centaines d'acres d'espaces verts, de Barton Springs, du lac Lady Bird, du jardin botanique de Zilker et de sentiers de randonnée. Our stay couldn’t have been better. David and Deborah were such great hosts- so friendly and welcoming! They made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The bed was so comfortable, and we really appreciated the snacks/juice/water available in the suite. All around great experience and we highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Deborah & David's Collier Street Guest Suite while visiting our young adult son and his girlfriend, who live in the area. Deborah and David could not be more hospitable or accommodating - the suite is stocked with every imaginable item you may need including shampoo, body wash, etc. in the beautiful and sunny bathroom, and they even provided some breakfast things (freshly-ground coffee, English muffins, half & half, juice) as well as fruit and snacks. There is a lovely and very private garden area just outside the door for reading or relaxing with a cup of coffee or some wine. The location is removed from the busier parts of the city - in a good way - but close to downtown (about 10 minutes' drive). We will definitely be back!

The space was just right for my husband and me. I loved the reading nook and patio very much. The bed was comfortable, everything was super clean, and the extra touches of breakfast and snack items were amazing. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely look forward to staying here again.

Came for work during sxsw. This place is AWESOME. Very cool and beautiful burgeoning neighborhood. Looks residential but I could easily walk to great restaurants, definitely where the cool things are happening in Austin. Very comfortable and all around wonderful place to stay. There’s a washer dryer, great bed, easy access, everything.

Deborah and David have a lovely suite with a private entrance off the back of the house. It is a private and relaxing retreat. The unit opens to the fenced and secluded backyard.
Deborah had lots of thoughtful snacks and items available for us. There were fresh flowers in the room and anniversary chocolates. She really went the extra mile.
They were very thoughtful and appropriately attentive to our every need and request.
The home is located close to walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Stayed at this lovely suite for SXSW. The hosts are fantastic and super accommodating - they even provided some breakfast materials and a coffee maker so I could make my own items in the morning. The room is truly equipped with everything you'd need including an ensuite bathroom with a huge tub and shower for your privacy. The location is close enough to downtown austin (about 10 minute drive) and its easy to get a lyft or uber if you're not driving. 10/10 would stay again.

Perfect location in Austin - 10/15 minutes to downtown, walking distance to Zilker Park and multiple restaurants/entertainment. Lovely, quiet neighborhood and secluded entrance in the backyard. My friend and I had a last minute change of plans and Deborah and Dave came to our rescue with their adorable guest suite! The bed was UBER comfy and the room was a great size for 2 people. They left yummy snacks and a stocked drink fridge with water, yogurt, juice and ice! I loved the reading nook in the window 😊 the access to the backyard was lovely and next time I come to Austin I hope to repeat my stay here. Truly happy I stumbled upon them in my time of need!

Fun little place for two. Comfortable bed. Convenient to downtown, owners very nice. Lots of little amenities left for breakfast, snack, and to drink. Parking spot is great to have. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, comfy, and quiet suite. Lovely spot to come back to after a night in the music venues! Hosts were unobtrusive but available. Nice treats: butter, English muffins, fruit. Big soaking tub. Bay window with pillows for a cozy read. Note that there's no TV, which was great with us but someone else might feel differently.

Lovely oasis
Generous king sized bed in a generously furnished master suite. Made a fantastic escape from the Austin summer heat. Plenty of thoughtful refreshments (and sunscreen) provided.

The rental of this property was seamless, start to finish. It was perfectly accommodating and in a very nice area. The renters were personable and did not interrupt our stay at any time. Parking was very simple, with the rental just a short drive to popular downtown areas.

We had to come back during our Austin trip to spend one more night. We absolutely loved it here. The neighborhood is amazing, the walking distance to Barton Park was beautiful and the proximity to downtown was 5 minutes. Highly recommend this VRBO.

The owners were amazing and really made our stay one of a kind. From the little treats Deborah bakes to the stoked fridge with snacks they really make this a charming spot in the heart of Austin. Location was on point being so close to everything Austin has to offer, we celebrated our 10 year anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better place to lay our tired heads at the end of the day. The room was Uber clean and we felt they went above and beyond what our expectations were. We will be back if the property is not taken!!! Thank you D&D for creating such a charming little property and making us feel safe and sound.
