The property was clean and updated.
The neighborhood is in transition, but this house was in good shape and convenient location. Owner was attentive to details. Would rent again.

Lindsay’s property is an ideal location to stay if you wish to enjoy the Naples area.
The pool was great to use each day. The home is setup very convenient for pool access.
We very much enjoyed the use of the bikes and the BBQ.
Shopping was close by and probably went there more than we should have.
The Deep Lagoon restaurant was high on our list of dining experiences.
Lindsay contacted us to be sure all was satisfactory and made sure all was taken care of.
He was a pleasure to deal with and will highly recommend this location for a convenient location near Naples.
We would certainly consider to stay at Lindsay’s home again.

Love the stay. The mirror in the master suite is the best!!!! Would stay again in a minute.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short visit here, would have loved to stay longer or returned for a month next year but other people have already recognized how nice this place is. The only improvement that I would like to see is a King size bed in the master. Loved the private secluded courtyard and small pool. It was perfect for collecting the sun and then cooling off.
We will try to return as soon as we can.
Don’t miss the Deep Lagoon Seafood restaurant nearby.

I had some family members from the U.K visiting for 2 weeks and they absolutely loved the property, the location, and everything that the house had to offer. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Naples. We will definitely stay at this property again when more family visit.

We stayed 2 weeks in Lindsay's house which was perfect for our family and needs.
Comfortable and clean house with everything needed for vacation (bikes, pool, bbq) , close to beach and local amenities (shopping , public park with tennis and baseball court, Mercato .....).

Very nice 3 bedroom home. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The pool was well maintained and a very nice after a long day out and about. The private courtyard was bug free and a great place to sit and have a few drinks.

Nice clean, well-kept house. We enjoyed our stay. We’ll look forward to returning again next year.
