Cette maison de mer de cinquième rangée est située dans une communauté résidentielle aisée de l’océan, à South Head Beach, à Hilton Head. C'est une courte 1-2 minutes à pied de l'une des plages les plus larges et les meilleures de Hilton Head (sans routes majeures à traverser). Six chaises de plage et deux parasols sont fournis. Il y a aussi un refroidisseur roulant et lorsque vous récupérez de la plage une douche extérieure pour votre usage.
La maison a été rénovée et nouvellement meublée avec de nombreuses mises à niveau de concepteur. La maison a un plan d'étage ouvert avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine dans la grande région. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, 2 chaises longues et canapé-lit queen. Il existe également un téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces, un lecteur DVD et un ventilateur de plafond de 56 ". Les sièges à manger six à une table avec des chaises et a également deux tabourets de bar. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur et une cuisinière. We had a lovely family vacation here for Thanksgiving week. The house was in great shape, clean and loved the open layout. It was a great set up to have everyone together. The proximity to the beach is ideal as was having a fenced in yard for the dog. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything we needed was already there. All the beach items were in great shape. Plenty of amenities inside (cups, plates, cookware). Short walk to the beach. Very nice house.

We enjoyed our stay at 1 Dogwood Lane. The location was perfection, being walking distance from Coligny Plaza and a short walk to the beach. The beach was very nice and private to the neighborhood. Bonus, our 4 legged baby got to join us for a small pet fee! Would definitely stay again.

Home had plenty of beach supplies including chairs, wagons, beach umbrellas, cooler, and toys. No need to bring your own.
Kitchen was well stocked.
Biking is very popular on the island. Bring your own or there are plenty of rental options.
The two king rooms are spacious. The room with two queens is a bit small.
Saturday traffic going onto the island was insane.

We absolutely love this place for our family (5 adults). First, the beach is in a strictly residential area, so it isn’t crowded at all. Very important to us. Second, there are 2 full beds in the “kids” room for our adult, single daughters-also very important. The house is wonderful & we can bring the sixth member of our family, our little dog(there are even dog bowls provided!). Lovely place-We plan on going back again next year!❤️

We love, love, loved this house. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and the house has a great open plan. In addition, there is a fully enclosed patio that everyone enjoyed. The best part was the location, right down the street from the beach. Property manager was attentive, though we didn’t need him and the owners were responsive to all our pre-trip questions. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach wagons and toys. Our little dog enjoyed the yard and the beach.

This was our second stay at this property. It is close to the beach, well equipped, and pet friendly. The batteries on the keyless entry were low, but the property manager arrived that day to correct the problem. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1 Dogwood Ln.

The property was light and airy, and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable there because the owners have thoughtfully furnished it with all of the comforts of home.
They allow dogs, and have a great fenced in back yard, we felt our dog was safe while outside.
The bed was a little too stiff for us, a good mattress cover would solve this, but maybe others would prefer a hard mattress, so no points off for it! Also, the property is next to a road; however, you can't hear road noise in the Primary bedroom at night.
The location of the property is in a lovely neighborhood right next to one of the more beautiful beaches in HH. I would highly recommend this property for a HH beach vacation.

We stayed the week after Christmas 2022. The house was clean and updated. Most importantly it allowed my dad’s small dog to join us. He wouldn’t leave her at home. My sister’s family stayed at another property but we all spent NYE here. We had plenty of space. The house is across the street from access to the many bike and walking trails. It’s also 3 houses from the beach. Our weather wasn’t great so we didn’t spend hours at the beach, but my husband ran on it and we walked down for a few sunrises. The property manager contacted me the day of check in so I could contact him with questions or issues. We did not have any! Other VRBOs leave long lists of how to leave the property. This one did not. We did clean up and take out food and garbage, but no laundry needed to be done. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was fantastic, the location was perfect, very close to the beach, park, shopping, and dining. Loved the outdoor space, it was amazing, so much space, we had 4 adults and two children and never had an issues.
We rented bikes however, the walk was so short we didn’t use the bikes to visit the beach much. So close we saw every sunrise, sunset, and enjoyed many moon light walks on the beach.
We didn’t want to leave, and cannot wait to return.

We have never been to Hilton head and did all our homework on line. This house has great pride in ownership and is awesome only thing it was missing was beach towels.

Perfection!
Hilton Head by far has the most amazing beaches on the East Coast! The house was right in the middle so you could run/ ride a bike from one end of the beach to the other! Or cross the street to pick up the bike path! House was fully supplied with toiletries to get us started! Phil was easy to reach a located a lost Nintendo for us! Would highly recommend this location!

It was beautifully appointed, all on one level & the sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. It was about a 4 minute walk to the beach through this gorgeous private neighborhood. The beach area isn’t crowded at all because the surrounding area is all private homes. It’s very close to great shopping & restaurants. The bike trail is just across the road. There was literally everything we needed in the storage room for the beach- wagon, several umbrellas, lots of chairs, buckets…. The only thing we bought was a boogie board at Walmart. As a matter of fact, I checked before we left to see if we could reserve next year but the calendar doesn’t go that far. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for a terrific week!

Perfect location
The house was great, layout was nice for hanging out and the bedrooms were down a hallway away from the tv. Location was amazing, very short walk to the beach, we loved everything about our stay. Close to a bike trail (across a 4 lane road but not a busy road, easy to cross to get to the path). Also close to a lot of shopping and dining options. Our kids were in a tennis camp at Van Der Meer Tennis Academy which was less than 5 minutes away, great for all the dropping off and picking up we were doing all week.
Bring mosquito spray, bugs were a little worse than we expected. Great trip overall, would definitely book here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

Wonderful beach week with family
We had a wonderful stay with 2 young children and our dog. The house is beautifully updated with a great layout for kids. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday day, many times more than once. The patio area with outdoor shower and door straight into the bathroom was very convenient for cleaning off after the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and property was clean. We would come back!

Family vacation
Enjoyed the close proximity of beach and shops at Cologne. The home was very clean and just as we expected from the photos. We did have a little difficulty with the burner on the stove heating too hot and burning food but we adjusted. Great home for a family vacation!

We had such a good week in this house. The floor plan was great for two couples and the patio/courtyard was the highlight of the house! Throw in a well equipped kitchen and a great location, what more could you ask for? The hosts were helpful and the response when the microwave quit working was great; we had a replacement the next day. Sorry I broke one of the wine glasses, but thanks to Amazon, I was able to get two new ones delivered to leave in its place! We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Property management was very helpful and timely with responses. All renovated interior, nice bathrooms and amenities. Lots of extra blankets, pillows, storage and hangers. Pet friendly and lots of pet supplies provided (dog bags, dog bowls). Loved the outdoor shower for all to wash off after the beach. Chairs, umbrella and wagon provided. The wagon was a life saver in carrying everything to the beach! We would love to stay here again. We feel so lucky to have found this gem so last minute. Close to loggerland landing restaurant and bar just 2 blocks away. Another gem! We love this place!

Such a great house!

Nice private cottage close to beach
We enjoyed our stay and location was excellent for quiet beach access. Building was spacious and updated with nice patio. Only slight complaint that dryer gave us issues and should have been previously fixed or replaced at this price point.

Fabulous beach cottage
The house was just as pictured ! Very much like a beach cottage. Short walk to the beach which was very nice. Great area-easy to get to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again and would have next year, but it was already booked!

Gorgeous and homey
My family and I (myself, in-laws, husband, 2 kids 5 and under, and our small collie mix) had a perfect Thanksgiving holiday week at this beautiful, well-appointed home. The house is nicely decorated and was plenty spacious for us all. The beds and sofas were all very comfortable. It can’t be overstated how close and convenient the house is to the uncrowded beach. There was even a church playground across the street open to the public!
My in-laws and husband have been coming to Hilton Head for decades and normally stay in Sea Pines. This was a much better value but in just as nice a location and VERY close to Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza and all they have to offer.
Communication with hosts and property manager were extremely efficient. It was like a home away from home!

Wonderful Rambler Close to Sea - could use better cleaner crew
We traveled with another family and would stay at this modern rambler again. The renovation is fantastic and the location provides independence to all. The fact we could bring our dog what also wonderful. We loved the door feature from outside shower to inside bathroom.
The house would get a 10 if the cleaning crew were a bit more detailed oriented. We found cereal in the sofa, old salad dried in the salad spinner and the floors were sandy when we checked in, despite all leaving shoes by the door. We didn't fully enjoy the outside patio as much, because it was very sandy and dirty with tree droppings. So, a more detailed-oriented cleaning crew would just enhance further the experience

This house is great! We have been going to HHI for over 30 years and found this to house to be one of the best. So close to the beach. We stayed 4th of July week and the best part of the beach was no crowds. The house is beautiful on the inside and has everything you would need. We will be back for next year!!
