We had plenty of room for our group of 7. Lots of fan provided to help cool down. Close walk to the beach and bus stops. Plenty of parking provided. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Overall we loved everything about our stay and will recommend this place to anyone

This property is super convient to the beach. It's also a close/walk bikeride to lots of great restaurants, shops, & Northside park. We enjoyed the location. The condo itself was well-stocked and the decor was definitely beach vibes. The A/C in the master suite is due for a replacement and the A/Cs in general needed to be cleaned/filters changed. The floors/mats were not cleaned either. Pictures should be updated to acurately reflect current furniture, flooring, ect. Overall a good stay, but would recommend trying a different cleaning service.

We had a fantastic week and loved our Dune 2 Condo rental. It was clean, comfortable, in a great location, and decorated cutely with lots of beach decorations! All communication with the property managers was fast and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and parking were great and convenient to the beach. There were a couple issues with this condo Nothing of an emergency that required immediate attention, I made the best ofctge situation. Upon arrival the floors were extremely sandy, bathrooms were not satisfactory. I had to sweep all floors prior to letting our toddler down to crawl on them. The 1st Bedroom across from the hall washer and dryer had a musty/moldy wet dog smell. It was horrible, febreeze didnt even touch it. The sink and showers are extremely slow to drain. Kitchen appliances needed to be wiped down, (there was dust and a dead bug on the oven range). There was no space to store food in the kitchen cabinets (we had to use our coolers to store our dry food). The master bedroom air-conditioning was extremely loud when it would kick on. No one slept very well due to noise. The property was extremely cluttered with mismatched decorations. There was no closet storage in any of the bedrooms. Every bedroom closet was completely full. We could not unpack or hang our clothes up. Having 7 people living out of luggage for a week was definitely not ideal.

This condo could be amazing. The size and location were awesome, but some things for the owners to think about would be.

PLEASE fire your current cleaning crew immediately. Declutter and update the decor including furniture, and knick knacks(simple is better) especially with renting to families with young children,empty closets so guest can hang their clothes, and store their luggage. Update the ac units. Supply a good harwood floor vacuum for removal of the sand (even a shop vac would work better than a broom).

If things were cleaned, decluttered and updated my family would return.

House was very nice, but the cleanliness was not to my liking. I found a dirty mask, a glove and a bathing suit top under the full bed. While making beds, I found sand under all the beds. There were ants in the kitchen. I pulled everything off the counters and wiped, but I would still saw a few during the week.

Loved the floors (pretty, easy to sweep and keep clean) and the furniture, especially the dining room table. Loved the deck and especially the shades, which could be lowered to block the afternoon sun! Location was great- easy walk to the beach. We loved the view of the Bay and proximity to Northside Park and Higgins Crabs and Crab Bag! I only wish the apartment had central air and waaaay fewer personal items, especially on the deck and in the bathrooms. Air conditioners were super loud and the one in the back bedroom smelled and also didn't cool very well. Happily, there were lovely breezes if from back to front and we were able to survive with little air-conditioning. Also, the hot water heater was a little less than awesome- first shower always hot, other showers were luke-warm or even chilly!

We've stayed here once before a couple years ago. We honestly love this beach house. The location is perfect for us. It's near the beach and Northside Park. It's also near Dollar Tree and grocery stores. they supply beach chairs and toys which was a welcome surprise. They don't supply bedding but due to my OCD I've always brought my own bedding and towels. With dollar tree and the grocery stores so close it's so easy to pick up what we need for our stay once we got there. It does get sandy (it's near the beach so yea that's going to happen) there's a vacuum in the closet we use to vacuum everyday to help with that. I'd also recommend leaving your shoes outside to cut down on sand. At one point the noise upstairs was a little loud but the second night it calmed down. Below us was a lady with two small dogs who barked a good bit but we have little dogs at home so it didn't bother us. Yes this beach house does have alot of decor but it really didn't interfere with my stay at all. There did seem to be a slight noise with the AC in the main bedroom but there were so many beds available we just slept in a different room. My only suggestion would be if we could get a text maybe 24 hrs before with the pin. The welcome email had gotten lost in the mounds of emails I get so I was slightly panicked before we got there but luckily I found it. I love this beachhouse I would highly recommend this beachhouse. I look forward to staying here again sometime.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Big spacious rooms gave us plenty of room. Space to store kitchen items is lacking. We had trouble with sliding glass door. Loved the beach location!! We would definitely recommend and return!

There was allot of sand left on floor from previous occupants. I am sure it is very hard to tell this because of the color the the floors throughout the condo. They also should move furniture when cleaning as we also found food under the easily movable items in living room. Due to COVID once we arrived, we first did our spraying of Lysol and disinfecting of wiping down of counters, door knobs, bathrooms, etc. Overall, stay was great!
