Sur la terrasse, vous pourrez vous détendre par beau temps. En face de la maison il y a un parking gratuit. L'appartement est situé à Bornheim Walberberg, qui jouxte directement la ville fortifiée de Brühl. Château Augustusburg est z. B. à environ 5 km. Le parc d'attractions Phantasialand est à environ 1,5 km. La ligne de tramway 18 est accessible en 8 minutes à pied environ. Très bonne connexion à Cologne et Bonn. Autoroute à 1 minute. De très beaux sentiers de randonnée avec de nombreux lacs, propices à la baignade. Les joggeurs en auront pour leur argent. Foire de Cologne à environ 30 minutes en train de la gare de Brühl.

We spent two nights at the apartment and Silvia was a lovely host. I had written previously to say that we would arrive fairly late and she received us without any delay or complications. The apartment was much larger than we expected, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with little things that might be forgotten when packing for a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return next time we are in the area.

It was a great stay, lots of room, everything we needed. Nice and close to Phantasialand and a quick walk to the train to Cologne. Check-in was easy, and Sylvia was very helpful. Thanks!

Three minutes away from Phantasialand amusement park which has two of the best roller coasters in Europe (FLY & Taron). Situated close to Köln and Bonn, with beautiful lakes and pretty farm lands in this beautiful village town, with grocery and shops a few minutes away. Silvia is very kind and very generous, she speaks perfect English, made us feel at home, and was a gracious and a thoughtful hostess. It is like living at a family home, with casual decor and lots of rooms & space. The space gets both magnificent natural light with lots of windows, great for cool breezes, but also shades and doors that allow blackout nights for restful sleep. The pictures accurately display the property amenities, features, and space.

Ruhige Lage mit Terrasse und Kamin für romantische Abende. An der Gastfreundschaft können sich viele Hotels ein Beispiel nehmen. Alles war durchdacht und gut vorbereitet, inklusive Tips zum Essen und Ausflügen. Man merkt die Gastgeberin macht das aus Leidenschaft und mit viel Herz. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche. Besonderer Tip an Coasterfriends: Phantasialand ist nur 30 Min zu Fuß entfernt.

Innenstadt Köln, gut zu erreichen mit der Bahn, allerdings langer Fahrtweg ca 50min.
Gut ausgestattete Wohnung.
Haben uns sehr heimisch und wohl gefühlt ! Tolle Terrasse.
Kleine Musikanlage könnte man noch gebrauchen.

Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen und eine sehr nette Vermieterin
Wir haben ein paar gemütliche Tage in der toll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts, die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, was man auch vom Rest der Wohnungseinrichtung sagen kann. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke nochmals für alles!

Gelungener Kurzurlaub im Raum Köln / Bonn
Die Wohnung ist mit 70 m² sehr geräumig und gut geschnitten.
Sie liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße des Ortes mit schönem Blick in die Gärten von der Terasse aus.
Im Winter empfiehlt es sich warme Sachen mit zu nehmen und den vorhandenen Kaminofen zu nutzen, da die Zentralheizung nur eine Raumtemperatur von 19 - 20 C schaffte und es einige Zeit dauert, bis die Zimmer warm sind.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und bemüht, es uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen - vielen Dank!
Köln und Bonn sind recht gut mit Bahn und Auto zu erreichen. Das nahe Brühl lädt mit guten Restaurants zum Verweilen ein.

Beautiful place, feels like home!
We spent three nights at silvia's apartment which is just 3 minute drive from Phantasialand. The check in was smooth and quick and Silvia is absolutely friendly and helped out with a lot of info. She even reserved a restaurant for us on the night we arrived.
The apartment is very clean and very big, bigger that what you think from the photos. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the evening after all day walking in the park.
I would definitely reccommend it to families with children and we would love to come back sometime in the future.
