Notre villa est située au premier étage avec vue sur la rivière depuis toutes les fenêtres ainsi que la cuisine et le balcon. À 50 mètres du bord de l'eau des rivières Swan / Canning et d'une petite plage - bel endroit en été et en hiver - pêche si vous le souhaitez - magnifiques promenades le long de la rivière dans les deux sens - beaucoup d'oiseaux de mer - dophins si vous avez de la chance. 300 mètres à pied le long de la rivière jusqu'au sud de Perth Yacht Club et Heathcote Park and Museum - environ 300 mètres à pied dans l'autre sens le long de la rivière jusqu'à l'hôtel et bar Raffles - Beaucoup de restaurants et bars accessibles à pied

The place was very nice and quiet. As owners said, good to walk up to the jetty to see the beautiful environment. The owner is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. It's easy access to main road and shops so, I would live to come back again to spend my holidays. Also, would live to recommend to others.

Didn’t receive much communication about our stay. I got to the front door with a quick text or the keypad when I arrived...
With the kitchen space it was so doccukt to cook a meal with only 2 small pots/pans.
No rubbish bins were provided during a 13 night stay.
There was also 2 rats in the garden that kept us up at night time.
Location excellent and views of city but the overall stay was too small, limited space and amenities.
No water or milk provided in fridge, the cupboard space was practically missing.
I would recommend this for just one person to live in.
Other then that I would not return

The host is polite & communicative by all means. The flat ,It's more like a granny flat built in the second storey, on top of the owner's house, to enter to the flat you go all the way around the back of the house then you go up the stairs.
It has Spacious cleaned 2 bathrooms & 2 medium-sized bedrooms connected by a narrow corridor from one side & a narrow kitchen & balcony on the other side. The balcony there is a must & fortunately is available.
In general this accommodation is recommended, value for money which is located in a luxurious safe district. You would enjoy the river walk next to it.
Only for claustrophobics, don't recommend it as the unit itself has narrow stairs & corridors & it is designed to be that way as it's built inside a bigger property.
It is not a serviced apartment which means that guests are required to clean the property before leaving, unfortunately that may cause some problems.(we found out that the fridge was too stinky).
The host left the air conditioner on before our check-in which was a very nice gesture on a scorching day. The free garage spot Also is a great bonus!

Our stay at Riviera Sunrise was very pleasant. Lovely area and views. I think the property would have been better with a living area instead of 2 bedrooms, but as a base, the place was lovely enough. Easy access to the city and the road network. Overall, would recommend. Jim, the manager was very helpful

This is a two bedroom property in a fantastic location for taking beautiful and safe walks in the evening. The only let down is the fridge had only a bottle of ketchup and the milk was a carton of long life Soy milk and it had already been opened / used. So we didn't have any milk as expected but this was the only disappointment. There are excellent cafes near by which offer amazing breakfast too and the instructions left by the owners were detailed, thorough and included menus etc to a large number of local takeaways and restaurants.

Ideally situated from either Perth or Fremantle. One minor issue with our apartment but our host Jim rectified in a timely manner. Would recommend this accomodation with no hesitation.

Quiet and nice flat with air conditioning in a really good location.
We were there for a week with two children (1 and 5) and really enjoyed our stay. Jim is a great host and very friendly. The flat is great to explore Perth as public transport is in walking distance. A 24/7 grocery store is nearby. Just outside of the house is a small access to Swan River were we could have a swim. Rooms were clean and the air conditioning was a big plus in the summer heat.

If i had to pick the only thing would be the side entrance that needs a little clean up but i discussed with Jim & its getting done. Thanks Jim for making my holiday accommodation feel like a holiday...cheers.

It took us a little while to get the bottom of exactly what this property offered due to 2 descriptions that didn’t quite line up and photos of a courtyard area with a BBQ, that is not really part of the holiday rental. There may have been laundry facilities available, if we had asked, but we didn’t find any. It is a bit of an unusual configuration of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small hallway-style kitchen (owner lives underneath) but it worked great for the 2 of us to spend a week exploring Perth without a car. Beautiful area. Very convenient. Jim was very accommodating and helpful while still giving us our privacy and space. We did the beaches (Cottesloe area), the Pinnacles (sunset dinner tour with afternoon sand boarding at Lancelin), Fremantle, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay and Rottnest. All worked great from here 😊 We would have loved a couch to relax on and access to our TV subscriptions on the smart TV but no regrets on having booked this place.

The property is in an amazing location right across the road from the river. We had been recommended to local cafes and restaurants by Jim himself, where the food and coffee was delightful. Would definitely stay here again.

This 2 bedroom (no lounge) stay was clean and comfortable with a good size tv and very accessible owner. We were offered the use of the bbq, but it rained or was too cool for that. The offer was appreciated. The kitchenette had the usual supplies and a big fridge. 500m to the bus stop and the Kinky Lizard cafe so all was good!

Applecross is in a lovely location. We could see the water from our balcony. The rooms were good-sized and the kitchen had what we needed. Parking was also available. The property was clean. It was close to a supermarket and some restaurants. We highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful swan river view, clean and neat two-bedroom (both with queen beds). We enjoyed our stay. Hosts are amazing. My teenagers enjoyed feeding the three chooks with our leftovers in the backyard!

Great location. IGA close by has great pre cooked meals and huge selection of food. Apartment had everything I need for my work stay. Nice to relax on balcony overlooking the view.
