Hotel is big, clean and safe, stuffs are average.
rooms are small, as compare to tariff, food taste not so great, morning breakfast also very average. Nothing special about this hotel, and it's extremely far from Lucknow town.

Staff was pathetic. Very unprofessional. Couldn't locate my booking when i called them. Brought someone else's bill to our room.
