Come sentirsi in estate nonostante sia inverno. Una dimora impeccabile, di nuova ristrutturazione, con posizione centrale, sia al centro storico della città, che al mare e al porto. Comodissima, non ho mai utilizzato l’auto perché tutto era a disposizione di pochi passi. Super privacy da parte di Dario, che ti ospita come se fossi a casa tua, presente se hai bisogno, ma mai invasivo o fuori posto. Consigliatissimo per week end e vacanze estive!

Amazing location just by the sea and literally next to the old town - you can hear the sea inside the apartment! The communal terrace that runs around the building has fantastic views of the sea and the old town, you can also see the sunset from it. There is also a table and chairs there which you can use. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils.
The only thing that could be fixed in an otherwise amazing stay was the mattress - it would be nice if it was exchanged for a new one in the future.

The hosts were so friendly and supportive. You just have everything that you need and a perfect spot directly at the sea and the old village.

A great place to stay with a peaceful view of the harbour from the balcony. The apartment is very well-equipped for cooking, the bathroom is tiny but perfect and the bed extremely comfortable. The host and his family were quietly helpful without being at all intrusive and this is a place we would happily return to.

Location is perfect, close to everything. Host are very nice and helpful. You will find everything you need in the apartament. Bed is very comfortable. Great view from the terrace.
Basically nothing. Maybe only that the breakfast is just few biscuits, marmalade and milk/coffee but it's typical for Italy.

Giovinazzo has an awesome laid back atmosphere… old town, restaurants, bars, beaches, views… and “la magia del mare” is placed right in the mittle of it, with all necessaryties and helpfull hosts 😎

Very clean and well maintained historical place, amazing views and super friendly host. They let us check in late and made sure that everything was great. It’s actually better than the photos. Absolutely recommended.
