Situé à Folly Beach, ce charmant cottage pour 253 € par nuit est un fantastique option pour votre prochain voyage Nous l'avons appelé le RATHERSHACK parce que vous seriez plutôt ici que n'importe où ailleurs dans le monde. Nous sommes 'deuxième ligne' de la plage - ce qui signifie 45 secondes de marche pour vous pokes lents, ou 30 secondes pour le beach bum moyenne. Le chalet nous Publicité et programmer ici est le 2 BR 1. 5 salles de bain, celui-ci est appelé le Beachshack. Beaucoup de charme et de la plage se sentent décor sans frais supplémentaires que cette unité a tous les nouveaux meubles de style plage, revêtements de sol, peinture, nouveau toit, et une nouvelle climatisation installée. Tous les chalets ont des plans d'étage ouverts pour des rassemblements occasionnels après votre journée à la plage. Cette unité a un ustensiles de cuisine bien équipée avec four micro-ondes etc et lave-vaisselle. Le 2 BR dispose d'un grand maître avec un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a un lit complet, beaucoup de vestiaire. Super propre aucun des allergènes les squames d'animaux, etc., comme nous ne permettons pas les animaux. Les unités ont la télévision par câble et WIFI. Stationnement hors rue pour 1 véhicules inclus. . Barbecue à gaz sur place disponible pour vous maîtres de gril là-bas. Faire du vélo est l'un de nos choses préférées à faire autour d'ici, et regarder toutes les cabanes à sucre, les maisons et les modérés, les quais de pêche maison flac juste à côté de l'McMansion occasionnelle. Variété architecturale sur chaque bloc. Folly Beach ne juge pas qui vous êtes ni d'où vous venez ... apportez vos tongs et venez comme vous êtes

The listing leaves nothing to the imagination, it's clean and beautiful and just enough space for my two young daughters, myself and my mother in law. It was the perfect girl vacation. Off the main drag enough that it was quiet at night but still easy to walk to any restaurant. The beach was the perfect distance to be able to come and go from the beach and a short 15 minutes to Charleston. It had plenty of towels, kitchen necessities and space for what we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay, we'll be back!

We loved this house and our stay at Folly Beach. The house was clean and so cute! Two things to keep in mind are the driveway is shared so someone's car, in addition to yours, will be in front of that cute covered garage/patio area the whole time. The other thing is that the outdoor shower has no door and has generously spaced boards so you can't really use it as an extra shower like we usually do at the beach. That said, it's a great house and area. We would definitely rent this place or from Katt again.

BeachShack was wonderful! Loved the location. Very tastefully decorated! It was perfect for the 3 of us. We definitely would stay there again if we’re in this area! Thanks for sharing your BeachShack with us! The only negative is water pressure & temperature of water when taking a shower but this was discussed with property manager & was assured she will take care of this!!

Katt was a fantastic host! The house was super clean, convenient to local restaurants, and a two minute walk to the beach. You can’t really ask for much more than that! We will definitely be back.

Have been going to Folly for years and really Enjoyed the stay at the rather shacks. Great location. Clean. Accurate representation in the listing. Property manager was very accessible and helpful. Close to beach access and town. Recommend 100%

Beautiful property with only short 3min walk to beach. The beds were very comfy and we loved the covered patio area. We enjoyed our stay and Katt was an excellent host. Check in and out procedures were a breeze. The only thing we wished we would have had at the property was a second TV. Highly recommend as a great beach house!

Super cute, very clean and incredibly convenient! We had never been to Folly Beach before but this property didn’t disappoint! It had everything we never knew we needed. The beach is a literal 45 second walk from the property which was fantastic with a 2 year old. Highly recommend!

Katt was a very responsive host and the cottage was just as advertised. The only surprise was that the outdoor shower isn’t meant for anything except rinsing off sand. Otherwise, a perfectly sized cottage for 4, if two of your party are small. Fantastic beach access and not too far from the action on Center Street.

Anniversary Awesomeness w/ a Beachy twist
Definitely recommend this property. What a quaint little place. Perfectly located with a short walk to the beach. Everything was as described by the owner. On this adventure we stayed most of our time on the island. Everything you need is right there. We will definitely be back (our 4th trip to Charleston but 1st staying on the island). If, If I had to say anything in the somewhat negative...it would be that this place needs a washer/dryer, because if you stay 6 nights like we did, it would be nice to not have to go anywhere else to wash your clothes. Trust me, that was not a deal breaker. You will not be disappointed by booking this 2 bedroom house. Enjoy!!

Sweet Stay at Folly
Super cute, and clean cottage a few steps from the beach. It was super hot as we went in July, but the Air Conditioning worked GREAT and the beds were super comfy. Kay was super friendly and available. Highly Recommend!

Perfect Folly Beach retreat!
The place has been renovated and is even cuter than the pictures! Katt put some love into the Beach Shack and it shows in all the details. The place was very clean and organized well with all the accommodations. It is perfectly located a minute walk from the beach, 5 minute walk to Bert's convenient store and about 10 minute walk to the main street of Folly Beach. Katt was an excellent host and we look forward to staying at the Beach Shack again! HIGHLY recommend this location!

The beachshack is cute, clean, and convenient to all Folly Beach has to offer...Perfect accommodations for a beach getaway with our children. The owners are responsive and the house was comfortable. We hope to return again soon!

We got this place for it's easy walk and location to a beach access (since we have young children). I never imagined a place to be so calm and relaxing in the midst of tourist season (especially 2 blocks from Berts! An awesome beach mart). But we found (my wife and I) sitting outside on the patio underneath the umbrella at night after the kids went down to be incredible calm with the ability to listen to the waves crash just 2 blocks away. We often marveled at how nice and quiet it was in the evenings. Would recommend 100 times to any friends and family thinking about visiting Folly.

Lovely beach house
We really enjoyed our stay. This place is perfect for 2-4 people. We really enjoyed the covered patio and the outdoor shower, which was perfect after a day at the beach. We would come and stay here again. Thank you Katherine for your hospitality!

Senior Road Trip - 60!
This was a celebration trip for turning 60 with my friend. We loved this property, we loved everything about the house, the location and the hosts! We especially enjoyed the front patio area each morning with coffee and each evening with cocktails. The covered patio came in handy a few times it rained but it was by far THE BEST FOLLY PROPERTY I have ever rented and I will definitely book with Kat Grimes again the next trip to Folly. This was my 6th time on Folly and I finally found a "go-to" spot for my trips. We cooked a few times and every single thing we needed was there from pans to spices - Kat did not skip any details when putting this property together and it always felt like home and it will always be a fond memory. We plan to return in 2 years to celebrate turning 62! Folly is my happy place and now I have a happy place to call home and look forward to returning to. Thank you so much, Kat, and your wonderful cleaning crew for everything!

We had a wonderful time!!! The property was clean, decorated beautifully and was the perfect location!! We loved just having a 30 second walk to the beach! The beds were really comfortable! We will definitely be back!

The house is on a very busy street & their are no sidewalks along the roads except on the Main Street. The roads in town can be very congested with no where to walk to the town & restaurants. Parking is definitely at a premium. We thought we had parked correctly on a side street & we got a $60 parking ticket for improper parking. We were told we should have read the city ordinances.
The Beach is close & it was great having beach chairs & towels available for our use.
Overall, it was a nice vacation.

A couple of things...I’m tall, 6’6” and the ceiling height is 7ft. If your tall like me, it will be a distraction. Also, Ashley St. is the main rd used to travel from one end to the other on Folly beach. If you want a laidback, surfer town vibe, Folly beach is the place.
