Nous avons une cuisine complète avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine et une laveuse / sécheuse. L'unité C a un patio en bas avec un barbecue et un joli petit porche à l'étage. Il y a un garage pour le stationnement et le stockage d'articles de plage. Notre endroit est confortable et mignon sans soucis de fantaisie. Laissez vos soucis à la maison.

Beach was the main event. Evenings at home featured board games and conversation. *SO convenient to get to good restaurants on Linden! Unexpectedly great live music on Wednesday Eve and Friday Eve right on the Linden main drag. We chose this location because of a canine family member.

perfect size for Mom, me and the dog to get away. Nice to have garage for ease of unloading. Plenty of room - patio, balcony, bistro table and dining table! I love hearing the Amtrak train whistles throughout the day!

Perfect Get-Away
It was a wonderful relaxing stay in beautiful Carpinteria!! We had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. We would definitely book again if possible! Thank you Kathy and Phil!!😎👍🏼

Such a fantastic place to stay for a beach vacation!!! Wonderful wood floors, nice size kitchen and living area and a wonderful patio area to barbecue and entertain. The location was perfect and was just a short walk to the best beach!!! Our place was well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, and everything you need to start a vacation!! Whenever we needed anything, Kathy was easy to get a hold of and was on it immediately! Would definitely love to stay again! Thank you so much!

A Wonderful Beach Getaway!!!

Lots of things need upgrades. Also plugs fall out of receptacles, bulbs burned out. Nice owner, not likely to do this again for three weeks.

Very short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants.
When I was having some issues with the WIFi I contacted the owners and they were more than happy to fix it immediately.
Definitely will stay here again! Thanks for helping make our family vacation so enjoyable.

Great location, overall had a nice stay
Great location, enjoyed easy walking access to beach, park and town. Nice beach theamed decor. Clean, nice kitchen, comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed for the past year at this unit and had just the best time. The unit was the perfect size, with two bedrooms and a couch that pulled out into a bed in the living room. It was walking distance from the beach as well as Linden street which contained grocery stores, restaurants, and many other cute stores!! I loved living here and if anyone is on the fence about choosing this unit or not I would say GO FOR IT!! You won't regret it and you will find yourself discovering this little town to be "paradise" as I found it to be.
