Bienvenue Miramar !! Cette belle maison est à seulement quelques pas de l'océan, du quai de pêche et du Grill Lazy Turtle Oceanfront. Détendez-vous sur le rivage sablonneux pendant que le soleil adoucit votre peau et que la brise de l'océan traverse vos cheveux. Comptez sur vous-même si vous êtes assez chanceux pour voir une surface de dauphins qui monte et descend sur la côte. Apportez votre bateau, votre jet ski ou votre kayak et profitez des nombreuses étendues d'eau de l'île Oak. Miramares. Il existe de nombreuses possibilités d'excursions d'une journée en vacances sur l'île Oak. Restez sur l'île et visitez le phare d'Oak Island ou traversez le fort de guerre civile à Fort. Caswell. Jouez au superbe parcours d'Oak Island si le golf est l'une de vos activités de vacances préférées. Il y a aussi beaucoup de terrains de golf à proximité dans le comté de Brunswick pour le passionné de golf qui souhaite jouer un parcours différent chaque jour. Oak Island est à quelques minutes du quartier historique de Southport où vous trouverez de nombreux magasins et restaurants uniques. Profitez d'une visite à pied de Southport et imprégnez-vous de l'histoire et de la beauté de cette région de la Caroline du Nord. Idéalement situé sur Oak Island, le Dune Alright se trouve à proximité des restaurants, des boutiques, des épiceries et des boutiques de vêtements de plage.

The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and shops. The home provided everything my family needed and we will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was not very clean, but after we cleaned it we felt much better about the space for our family of 12. It was close to the beach- a big plus. It was not as advertised because the furniture had been replaced and there was not enough seating on the decks outside and what was there was very uncomfortable. A grill was advertised but there was not one there. Despite the great location and adequate sleeping arrangements for our family, we will be looking for a new location next summer.

Location is great, on second row very close to a public beach access. The kitchen is very well furnished with many new appliances and knives that actually UT. It is small though and the dining table can accommodate only six despite the house can accommodate many more people. The kitchen cabinets have seen better times but they are functional. Overall the whole house could see some updates but it's rundown either. The kids loved the pool. Overall it worked great for our family of 6 and it was a good value for the location. I think it would be a bit of a challenge with a larger group of people.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. We went through VRBO and this booking was managed by Better Beach Rentals of Oak Island. Our rental was originally changed once because of hurricane damage, which we understand completely . Better Beach didn’t notify us of the first home being damage and not rentable. Only because we called did we even start the process for another rental.
Then our booking was changed 3 times within 24 hours of our check in date and on the check in date. Each time we were changed, the office continued to try to get us to take a refund. We were already here in NC and REPEATEDLY TOLD “ take your refund and go home” !this quoted statement was by the manager Karen. We are here trying to build a home on this beautiful island. To be treated this way is horrifying. If I was to rent my home I definitely would not want them to represent us!!! This was absolutely the worst customer service.
We are extremely disappointed.

Do not stay at property managed by Better Beach Rental
The worst customer service experience I have ever had. We went through VRBO and this booking was managed by Better Beach Rentals of Oak Island. Our rental was originally changed once because of hurricane damage, which we understand completely . Better Beach didn’t notify us of the first home being damage and not rentable. Only because we called did we even start the process for another rental.
Then our booking was changed 3 times within 24 hours of our check in date and on the check in date. Each time we were changed, the office continued to try to get us to take a refund. We were already here in NC and REPEATEDLY TOLD “ take your refund and go home” !this quoted statement was by the manager Karen. We are here trying to build a home on this beautiful island. To be treated this way is horrifying. If I was to rent my home I definitely would not want them to represent us!!! This was absolutely the worst customer service.
