Loved the location. Building itself was beautifully designed. And so was the condo. Had 2 enormous bathrooms. The kitchen was nice and plenty of dishes. Cleaning staff had done everything they could to make it appear fresh and well maintained.

The carpet was heavily stained in some places and the sofa bed had a strong smell of urine that deodorizer hid for the first couple of days. I sat in one of the chairs to avoid the odor. Also the coverlet in the master bedroom had a bleached out stain in the center, small but stark white on the pink coverlet. But it was clean and that’s what mattered most.

The location was great and property amenities were amazing. Walking distance to Coligny plaza was great.

The whole condo needs new furniture. The chairs in family room were broken, refrigerator was small and door shelving was broken, missing a dinning room chair, balconies were not useful due to tiny size and the type of furniture for the size. Blood was on the master comforter, dishwasher did not drain and the disposal was backed up in the sink when we got there.

Love the location! Convenient to restaurants and shopping! Very nice facility, pools, pool bar!

Master bedroom door needs attention so it will close properly.

Dirty carpets, room had an odor, beat up furniture

Location was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone could walk across street to shops, walk to pool and beach out our door. The fans and ac worked great. Nice to have a washing machine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. :).

Could have used a couple more roles of toilet paper. Hide a bed bedding wasn’t clean. We had to wash it before using.
