Location was excellent for the purpose of our visit - searching for properties that long gone relatives were born in.
Property shouldn’t be advertised as having a balcony. We didn’t climb through the window to sit outside as the weather was awful. Sea views to the left and right of the window needed binoculars to admire them. Binoculars were provided!

Cleanliness, well appointed kitchen facilities, parking
Despite name of "wight on the beach" implying it is on the beach front, it certainly is not. Sea view is also a very dubious claim as 95% of the view are other buildings and trees. The "view" from the bedroom is a that of a crumbling dumping ground of bricks and rubble. Balcony is approx 1 metre wide and accessible only by climbing out of the lounge/kitchen window

Excellent position. Very well equipped. Clean on arrival. Beautiful comfy bedroom.
Sometimes noisy very early in the morning from about 5am. We were a bit paranoid about the off white carpet! Sofabed was a bit uncomfortable.

lovely Victorian house converted into separate apartments, well laid out with a large window balcony with lovely sea views which is the focal point of this apartment, well worth a stay.

The property is excellent with nothing to fault. It was very clean, decorated & furnished beautifully and perfectly situated in Ryde. We won’t hesitate to recommend to friends or book again ourselves.
