The apartment was not prepared for two guests and also for two nights. Also the heating was not on.

Great space. Comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Supermarket and restaurants around.
The description to access the apartment is not accurate. Nobody answered the phone. Had to figure out how to access the building. The password did not work on the main entrance.

Little apartments where you can cook something by yourself.
1) it was dirty enough I had to wash the dishes to be able to eat from it;
2) there were no hygiene products, not even liquid soap;
3) late check-in at 16:00.

The room itself and the position of the apartment
The attitude of the company managing this apartment is terrible since they offered me no support (and obviously no refund when I chose to leave and prioritise my safety) when my personal safety was at risk while staying inside the property since someone kept trying to get in through banging the door and twisting the handle. The company offered me no support even in the knowledge that the Polish police do not speak English

1. price was shown without taxes (it was written with small letter, but anyway for Warsaw is not usual practice on booking, so I didn't noticed it before payment), so at the end of the day ws not really good comparing to other apartments.
2. Deposit 300PLN!! it was surprise, not really nice one.

There were no keys to post box and waste room. Thanks lady who cleaned stairs with helping me open door.

Washing machine didn't work so they offered us to do loundry in another apartment

Appartment was very nice, modern and clean. Well equiped. Quiet. Bed was good. Facilities were good. Lovely balcony.
Provided PIN number of door was wrong. Hard to get hold of staff by phone. Very difficult to change dates of the stay. My inquires were not answered or followed up.
