Location, space, a/c, blinds, mosquito screens, proximity to beach, restaurants, activities, kitchen inc good small freezer, parking-vital in this area.
Not a don’t like but for future travellers-No toiletries are provided or basic ingredients such as salt-and no water

The accommodation and its facilities are brand new. Bathroom is exceptionally large. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Nice balcony. I was really impressed of the nice natural stone floor in the whole building. Our host Stefanio is a nice and helpful guy and the gives all his best to make his clients happy.

Clean, large room with full kitchenette and spacious, clean bathroom. The owner was very kind, took care of our requests for towels, blankets etc right away.

We liked everything at the location. Host was super friendly and helpful, place is brand new, beach is 100m away from the apartment. It takes 5 min to walk to the center where all the restaurants are. Private parking is available at the location, supermarket is near by.

The owner entered the room without knocking and without voice warning and did not apologize for it. "Brought paper" - yes, at least bring something, you must knock. For six days only towels were changed and only once. For this money in hotels change every day.

The owner is so great- super friendly and helpful, very funny, even gave us a lift to the next accommodation (which turned out also to be owned by him!).
The studios themselves are great, new and clean with a good kitchen and a nice balcony. Best bit is that its a couple of minutes walk from the beach
Nothing much to complain about! Kitchen could do with a few more utensils, bottle opener etc but really its a great spot, we would have stayed longer if it had been available!

Brand new building. Very clean. Nice and kind host. Parking available in front of the building. Supermarket is close by.
The beach isn't so nice right next to the accommodation (big rocks in the water).

The property is less than 100m from the beach. It is also halfway between the windsurfing rental companies and the town. It is a very pleasant walk into town where there are many great restaurants. Even closer is 4 Winds Bar with great drinks and food.

all new and spacious with terrace and sea view. 5 minutes walk to the sea. large comfortable double bed. easy to find and parking. highly recommended.

clean, modern, building and rooms. walking distance to local supermarket and bakery and walking distance to beach and local town. air conditioning and lovely big balcony. there is a lift in the building to transport people/suitcases etc
the flooring throughout is polished marble - looks beautiful but is dangerous when wet. the stairs leading up to the rooms is also marble and there is no hand rail or anything to stop you falling down the stairwell.
there is no extractor fan in the bathroom so it gets very hot and humid when using the shower.

I need to mention that this property is very clean and spacious and it has a great location with walking distance to the beach and shops/cafes. Most importantly, I was very pleased with the service!

Perfect location near city center and beach. Very clean and nice rooms, friendly staff and free parking place available at the apartment.
Communication and taking the keys should be faster and easier.

Building is almost new very spacious with a lift! Large rooms good bathroom fittings with good balconies. Well equipped full kitchen should you wish to cook. Very high standard accommodation (for Greece) Sea view and excellent location close to port but quiet Parking in front of building
Unfinished - wires hanging out of wall Aldo balconies urgently need some shade they are in full sunlight all day and it was very hot so couldn’t use ours until the sun went down. Please note if you have young children stairs are lethal! Marble with no guard or hand rail!

Location is great to visit all top beaches on the island.
The host is very kind and ready to help with all you need. I appreciate that the host bring us oranges from his garden and that was really great.

All the apartments are new and the furnitures complete. Our room was large, very confortable and clean. Kitchen and bath very good. Close to the beach and to the town center.
The only small problem we encountered was that the structure lacks the indications for the exact location of the building.

Nice and clean rooms! nice view to the Sea! full of equipments like fridge,cooking tools etc .
We have to wait a little to take our keys due to a missunderstanding with other customers! But exclude this we had a great accomodation
